Last week I was having issues with my transmission, I suspected I was leaking fluids and I was able to make it to valvoline and during there inspect of my transmission fluid they said it was very low and I had a feeling the clamp next to the ac compressor had come loose. I asked them if they could check it and it was indeed loose. The nightshift tech was very help and tightened it up for me and topped my fluids off! This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back! They saved my car and made my day in a very stressful evening.

Overall this is a great place to get an oil change, only when you have a coupon. I always grab the Full synthetic for my 2021 Ford Explorer XLT. The reason behind my 3 star review is because of the sales tactics at this location which recommendations a lot of preventative services that makes you feel like you should get something when it isn't even unecessary. For Example: "Ford recommends at 30,000 miles you replace your Transmission fluid for, Ford also recommends replacing your rear differential fluid, and Ford recommends replacing your transfer case fluid." In reality Ford recommends this for very few select vehicles. If you go to the ford website and look at the scheduled maintenance in the owners manual, they only recommend it at 150k miles for transmission and recommend the rear diff and transfer case fluid on a 2015 MKS. Even in the special conditions schedule maintenance section for the ford explorer very few things are recommended. I can't say for sure but Valvoline puts together a bunch of information and feeds it to you however they please. Having said all this, I don't think these maintenance items are really a bad thing but as someone who is not mechanically inclined enough to understand the nuance of what is needed and not it can be very difficult to judge what is is a required service vs recommended. It is hard to tell whether Ford has inputted limited service maintenance in their scheduled maintenance manual so your car breaks down sooner or if valvoline is intentionally putting down a bunch of resolutions that are not needed to milk you dry. If valvoline can provide me proof of the required scheduled maintenance for a 4 cylinder ecoboost ford explorer 2021 that differs from what I see on ford's website I will change this review to a 5 star.

They are always great here and Andrew was great and got my battery done very quickly although they where short staffed at the time I got there always love coming here I'll be back again in the near future

The technicians were knowledgable, experienced, and friendly. They explained what they were doing, and they matter-of-factly (no pushing) offered service beyond the oil change for me to consider, and were fine when I declined things. I needed a new battery, and they took the time to make sure they had precisely the right fit for my unusual vehicle. It was the most peaceful visit to an oil-change place I've had in a long time. I usually take my car to a local shop who have done my maintenance for a long time, but they were booked out. When I said I'd just go to [another oil place] they said, "No, go to Valvoline. They are the best." And they were right.

Personnel attentiveness and politeness has improved, since the last time I had service done. My service always takes a little longer than their standard, but the service techs were always pleasant and patient with my extended visit.

This location is amazing. The manager was super helpful when I had an oil leak. It was showing no oil on the dipstick so I brought it right in. I had recently had an oil change so they went over everything to be sure. I have nothing but positive things to say at Valvoline. We only bring our car here.

Friendly employees. They kept me from spending $130 on a service I don't need for another 21,000 miles, so I got one I hadn't had done since I've owned the car, the differential. Went in to spend, $130, left with $30 more in the bank than I expected.
