I recently visited Valvoline for an oil change and my experience was disappointing. The manager, Jesus, was unprofessional and seemed unsure of how to properly address or resolve issues that came up during the service. Instead of providing helpful solutions, it felt like he was more focused on avoiding responsibility, which left me frustrated and unsatisfied with the overall experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this place, as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a business in this industry. Hopefully, this feedback can help them improve in the future.

Did a conventional oil change for my old accord last Friday. With a $25 coupon, only $37 total. Took them about 15-20 minutes. Really good price and service. I’ll return!

Great service and they don't try to up charge you. Always excellent service. I had to wait almost an hour to get the oil changed in my truck but at least it wasn’t boiling hot outside.

I absolutely hate that they never put my skid plate back on properly. Got my oil changed Monday and two days later it's scrapping as I drive to family events on Christmas day. Thanks Valvoline. Best Christmas inconvenience.

The staff was very knowledgeable and let me know that I had a bent oil pan and that my front differential and power steering were leaking. I always have a great experience when I go to the Blackstone Valvoline. Great employees.

15 min transmission oil change while kids in the car and was able to use coupon making them even cheaper compared to other chops.

Everyone was very friendly, they didn't have my filter but went to the parts store and got it anyway. They even topped off my wiper fluid for free and checked my tire psi. Wait time is a little extended and prices are higher but no appointment is convenient.

We pulled up and they had us move, put a car in front of us, then the car behind us was serviced first, before us. Then it took over an hour to get an oil and tire rotation. We were told 10min for tire rotation and 15 min for oil.

It was a complete professional atmosphere, they explained every process in detail and also let me know what needed to be changed besides the oil change I came in to do. They inspected my vehicle to be sure there's no faulty lights

Kris did an excellent job explaining all the services offered at this establishment. Kris had a welcoming kind sprit. Major points for having dog treats to be offered to our pup. 10/10 would recommend this Valvoline

Omg Kris is such an amazing manager! I came in to get my oil change and after I left some light came on so I headed back and Kris worked to figure out what was going on and when she found the issue she didn't just fix it but she coached the staff member who made the mistake. It was a great experience! 10/10

The internet said $40.00 we get there and they are oh yeah its $140.00 because the oil is synthetic. The oils not $100. So yeah this place is terrible!!
