I had my car serviced here on Monday by Alex and Shawnna (sp?) I felt comfortable pretty much right away and Shawnna went over everything that my car needed. Everything was quick and efficient and staff was very friendly. I will be back! Thank you!

Very poor customer service and attitude - I had a problem with work done at another Valvoline out of state and they basically said too bad so sad - not our problem and mocked me for wanting to have work backed by Valvoline as a company. I would not recommend this location.

2021 MB C300 Oil change was completed; however, my air intake hose and assembly area were damaged in the process. I spoke with Herb, the manager; however, he claimed the technician said it was damaged already. NO INTEGRITY whatsoever. The manager claimed the video didn't show anything. He would have to check the audio and talk to his area manager. Will be following up with them to honor the issue.

I had to fix my tires on Sunday for a long drive. I called multiple places and ones that were open had extremely long wait. My friend referred me to Valvoline and I was able to get in right away and fix my tires in less than 30 minutes. All the staffs were extremely friendly and did not pressure me for any unnecessary purchase. The service team Alex and Joshua went beyond and above.

DO NOT CHANGE OIL HERE!! I changed my car’s oil on October 10th (Chevy Malibu 2015) Later in November at same year, the car stopped moving and i had to took it to the mechanic which we found the whole engine is destroyed because of the oil!!! It was very dirty and black! Now it’s costing me a lot to fix it!!! I used to change oil with valvoline alexandria’s branch for almost 3 years, but this happened for first time!

Kyle provided incredible service and advice on the maintenance of my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. He also made the experience quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Could not recommend Kyle and his whole team enough!

Pretty darned good, if you ask me. If you're waiting in line a long time (I waited 20 minutes), know that they only have 3 bays and they don't rush anything. Unlike Jiffy Lube, who can't seem to wait to get you out the door after shoddy work and trying to sell you things you don't need or could buy much cheaper at Advance. Staff here is super cool and efficient. Look...oil costs a lot of money and yes the costs are rising, but there's nothing they can do about that. It's the way it is. I am physically unable to do it myself due to a disabilty, so I'd totally come back here again.

Such a miserable experience The wait was for over 45 minutes. The service has taken over 20 minutes which I bought a full synthetic from Groupon and I've been told that I have to pay for another portion of oil because what I bought from Groupon was not enough ( a total scam) When they finished they have given me a sticker for the next service which is after 3000 miles which it's supposed to be at least 5000 miles since it's a full synthetic and the car is a 2024 model with 24k miles. I'm extremely disappointed

They did a good job with my oil change and tire rotation / balancing. But they lose two stars for integrity. I was told my brakes on the front were at 2 mm and it wouldn't pass inspection. I didn't have time to do brakes especially after hearing what they cost because everybody seems to require rotors - which I feel is a ploy to do more labor. I took it to another dealership and they said my brakes were 3 mm and they passed me for safety inspection. I can't go back.

Called ahead to ensure they had the filter and oil for my diesel, showed up and waited for 30 min after check in, only to be told once I'm pulled into the bay that they didn't have my oil. I use oil change places because I lack time, so not happy to have my time wasted despite me calling ahead. The bay clerk told me they are using a call center, they probably should have put it through to the shop if I'm asking a specific question about that shop.

Damaged my vehicle without taking responsibility. Happy to change this review if I’m able to speak with management. Seems some workers are paid via service upsells, because each time I’ve received another opinion they’ve told me the opposite of what this location said. Ex- the recommended $3,000 for a completely new engine and another mechanic told me the engine was fine. Hard to trust a shop that constantly conjures upsells for themselves when other mechanics tell me those repairs aren’t needed. Also they use an email form in their website but don’t answer it.

For this location to be one of the biggest ones. They are very very slow at this location. If you can avoid it I suggest you do. The one is Alexandria is top tier…super fast…efficient. The Fairfax one the manager absolutely needs to do better or hire more people. There’s a guy there named Chris. He stepped in, and was literally training people and doing oil changes. Not sure if he’s the lead or supervisor there. But he’s working hard and I can tell he’s very tired. He needs a promotion asap

The team members were all great and it was relatively quick (about 10 minutes waiting outside and 15 minutes once in the shop). I was just shocked by the cost. It was about $30 more than what I had researched online and much more than what I have been charged at other places for similar service w full synthetic, even after applying the coupon I found. Not sure I'll be back.
