If I could give them a 10, I would. So happened to be a snow day in El Paso. I had an appointment at my go-to place for oil change. Little did I know, I was missing out on this amazing service. Long story short my original oil change location had me waiting for two hours, didn't start anything until I asked about my car, mind you I had an appointment and left without the service I requested. Googled definitely led me to this stay-in-the-car service. They walked me through the whole process while they were changing my oil, ensure all my need and services were met and left not even 20 minutes later. KEEP UP THE AMAZING services you provide El Paso. Oh and lastly, I haven't received and an amazing oil change service like this in over 8 years.

I needed an oil change and didn't have the time to stay due to how long oil changes usually take. I was surprised to see that they not ply are very efficient, but they do this so smooth. They have a "well oiled team" working here on Dyer! Thank you especially to the team that worked on my vehicle. Kevin, Jonny and Joseph!!

I would like to say how great of a crew you have at the El Paso, TX store in the 9800 block of Dyer Steet . Joey the attendant and George the floor manager were very helpful and professional. I didn't remember the I had already had the oil changed last month. I have several vehicles (5). But after they began checking they realized it and check the computer and made me aware that oil change was unnecessary. This honesty insured me, that I will use this store always. NOW VALVOLINE is my Automotive shop. Many shops are not honest as such. Thank you Joey and George for you professional work and treatment. Thank you Valvoline for your employment of honest workers.

Very professional staff. Willing to explain if you don’t understand something. Requested an oil change and state inspection. They completed that quickly but with care and checked the other fluids, made recommendations for the vehicle’s maintenance, and checked the tire pressure.

I called Valvoline to confirm if they can do an oil change for my RV. When I arrived it was clear my RV was not going to clear the garage door. That's when Adam jumped into action and did the oil change with a portable unit. He did an outstanding job! Thank you! You have a customer for life! David
