Nicholas was very attentive and answered any questions I had. Nate was very helpful and got the job done fast. They both did a great job. Although, I did feel that Nick tried to upsell me into buying something that wasn’t necessary. I did end up buying it but I spent more than I should’ve.

I thought I was due for an oil change, but the mechanic let me know I could go on my trip and be fine. He checked fluid levels and put air in my tires, free of charge.

Bad customer service. Only looking to upsell the customer. I regret coming to this location. The only reason that i returned was because i received such excellent service at the pelicano location. The gentlemen helping me there even showed me how to pull up a coupon for that location. At the montwood location he acted like he didn’t know about any coupons after i mentioned to him i had paid no more than $50 for my scion the last time I got my oil change which wasn’t too long ago, and had me scrolling through my email to look for a coupon. Then, when they wanted to show me how to turn my oil light off they wanted me to step out. At the first location he guided me on how to turn that light off and it didn’t require me stepping out of my vehicle. I know it’s something small but that defeats the whole purpose of being a drive thru. probably won’t return.

Jacob provided top tier customer service made sure if I had any questions didn’t hesitate to she. Alan provided great customer service as well. Any time you need an oil change I recommend here!

I have high expectations when any of my vehicles are worked on, and I like to trust knowledge mechanics. I really like their Motor Oil flushing techniques before adding New oil and that they carry recommend oils based on vehicles. No pressure to do other services but very informed about caution to recommend services. I really their coupon offers and wished they had more higher dollar amounts off 3-4 x a month or for valued repeat customers.

On December 15th I took my car for an oil change. They recommended a transmission oil flush and a system cleanse. That same day after getting home, three hours after I got my inspection sticker and car serviced, my vehicle stopped working! Valvoline thought it was my spark plugs because of the system cleanse. They replaced them and it still wasn’t working. The manager said that it drives great in reverse it’s just when you put it in drive that it doesn’t work. But then they claim it was the timing belt. After taking my car to multiple shops and having changed the throttle body, catalytic converter, electrical wiring, and 6 O2 sensors the problem was the same! The last shop I took it to and after everything I advised them of what had been replaced, they determined that it was the transmission caused by the transmission change that VALVOLINE recommended. I researched transmission oil flushes A LOT of videos stated that a flush would not be recommended if it had not been changed. The videos recommended to check the status of the oil to see how it looked before changing it. Valvoline just wanted to get paid and performed their services! After two months without a car, they denied my claim! Never again… I trusted their services and their judgment.

I like that I can stay in my vehicle while it is serviced I enjoyed hearing the technicians call out to one another after checking each area of my vehicle. I'm also never experienced having my lights checked during an oil change so that was a pleasant surprise. The one negative is that they do not offer any type of military discount.

They left my motor cover splashed with oil and they did not close where the filter the right way, goes I had to pay a mechanic to come and check it this is a bad service!!
