I arrived at 1:40 pm and finally got into the garage at 3:05. So if you think you’re going to be in and out in 15 minutes like their website says, you are going to be disappointed.

*I have been to this Valvoline location on Trinity Rd, Duluth, MN numerous yrs & every time I go there the people to include Thomas, Paul & Team are extremely professional, friendly, kind & answer any questions I have. Generally fast once you get in- though it can take a while even if you’re the first person in line 😬 Kind of expensive even with coupons. I would consider elsewhere

It’s very punctual and communicate when you’re in the line so you know what’s going on. The presentation of upsell items is done professionally and is conversational. I actually participated in an upsell on the last transaction. The appearance of the place as well lit and clean, and the guys are all talking to each other very politely and clearly. I rely on my truck for my livelihood, and will continue to use Valvoline on Trinity Road.

The staff was very professional unfortunately they were understaffed so it took a little longer than normal. The two staff that were on were very professional and very courteous, and I recommend them both. They were really trying their hardest to get other customers in and out quick.

They messed up my glove box. Took like 45mins. Pretty sure they used the wrong oil. Would not come here again!

Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes with 3 other cars. Not a single car moved. 4+ workers inside walking around as slow as possible even a few leaning against garage doors. Terrible service won't be back.

Team work at its Best. We couldn’t get into our Toyota dealership for a month so my husband told me he heard nothing but great things. So very impressed with this place. You stay in your vehicle and they take out your filters so you can see them if needed to replace. They vacuum/suck out your old oil so it gets the sediment out and also saves on the oil pan. Friendly and fast and very knowledgeable. Never going to our dealership again for an oil change. Replacement of batteries in Minnesota is very important as batteries do not last as long per my husband. They know Toyota’s very well. If you do not know what TEAM WORK looks like come here. I recommend all bosses to come see the TEAM WORK as there is No micromanaging going on here

An employee tried to flush my coolant system before a different employee stopped her because it is not recommended for hybrid vehicles. She also installed my engine air filter upside-down, causing my car to break down later. At a later service they didn't check the engine air filter at all (they claim that they do) - if they had the issue would have been discovered and fixed before causing my vehicle more damage. I've never had issues with this Valvoline before and the manager is nice, but I am out nearly $500 because of it.

Got my oil changed, waited less than 15 minutes before being in the garage, additionally had my windshield wipers changed out, tire pressure checked, and had additional services performed.

The guy under the floor refused to pull the bolt from oil pan when asked to ensure oil evac was done. Then oil level was overfilled since the oil pan must not have been empty. They didn’t even offer to drain it. Told me I was done

The staff was awesome! It was close to closing time and they welcomed me like I was the first customer of the day. Very thorough in their inspection of my fluid levels. Great explanation of synthetic vs. regular motor oil.

They put wipers on my truck. One of them flew off immediately when I left. They didn't tell me my tire pressures. They didn't check any of my diffs or transfer case. Put a sign out that says we just drain and fill oil And at the end of the day. They over filled my trucks oil. Yes they show you the stick rite after filling the engine but it doesn't have time to settle and give a accurate reading on the stick. I got about a quarter over.

They are good when our cars : Dandy,Hannah and Mozart need a fresh batch of fossil juice/ new dirt trap - they also check the atmospheric offset pressure in the rotation buffers , evaluate the condition of your power cube and so much more . And you know they are knowledgeable about engines , because the company name has the word "valve" in it.

Would definitely get my oil changed here again. Service was fast and the staff explained everything to me. The best part was they did NOT try to sell me services I didn't need or want and they didn't pressure me into getting the most expensive oil. As a women, I come across this a lot which makes me not want to take my car in for services.
