I went to get an oil change and they broke the cooling hose I went to get an oil change and they broke the cooling hose When trying to remove the filter, they ruined my car and now I have engine problems. I looked for help and they said they would only change the hose that broke even though they damaged my engine because of this ridiculous mistake.

terrible service there was a very rude little white guy who didn't seem happy with his work, he asked me to turn down my car's sound, besides the time I was outside more than 40 minutes waiting and another 30 when I went in to do the service on the car it took another 30 minutes, this store in Danbury CT needs employees who like and want to work and care about their customers in offering a good service

This is only my second time visiting Valvoline, but my first visiting this location on White Street. In regards to this company I only have three words: “a class act!” I stopped in today not needing a oil change, but wanted to get my coolant checked as my thermostat kept fluctuating. The wait was long, but it was a Saturday around noon time so that’s to be expected. The serviceman was kind, didn’t upsell, and quickly brought his manager over to take a look at my vehicle. I expressed the issue with the coolant and within 5 minutes I was done, free of charge. The manger, I believe his name is Tony, was also helpful in advising me with the next step if the issue persists. Plainly put, if you’re having a small issue with your vehicle or just need a quick “tune up,” check to see if you have a Valvoline in your area. It’s stress free car maintenance at its finest.

I got my oil changed today. I brought my own oil and filter and air filter. Today it cost 77.00 dollars. The last time a few months ago it cost 45.00 dollars. My last oil change at the dealership they provided oil and filter for 70.00 dollars. Something not adding up. 🤔 . Workers nice but price not worth it. 77 dollars to much, when I provided oil and filters . This is the location on Main Street. Not on White Street.

The staff here is great, the customer in front of me was taking a while as their skid plate was hard to get back on, they communicated with me frequently and made me feel like I wasn't being ignored. Great place to get an oil change if your loved one is having surgery across the street. Its something to do to burn the time. They also have good coupons online.
