Long wait (50 minutes) before getting into the service bay. Techs did not know how to reset the oil service message. Only the tires on the left side of the car were filled to 38. psi, the right side was never touched and remained at 32psi.

It was my first time there having my oil changed since it became Valvoline. Angel and the team were very professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly. Those are things I look for when I chose a shop to have work done on my car. I received great service from an efficient hard working team! I will be back for future needs.

I went to Valvoline for a simple oil change. I did not ask for any other service. When techs started the process they started pulling air filter from my glove box I said I did not need it that the car was just bought, he did it anyway and saw it was a new filter. Than I see a mechanic drop his wrench on the top of the motor 3 times. On the top of my battery is a small computer board, he hit that a couple times. I also felt a mechanic tugging on and I heard him turning a wrench under the car. When I drove there the alignment was perfect when I drove out my alignment was off far to the right! I know mechanics and I believe they purposely messed up my alignment. Also after I drove away and came to a stop the car lurches forward and stalls, it did not do that before they worked on it. I felt that the mechanic who dropped his wrench on the computer board 3 times messed my car up and causing it to lurch and stall any time I attempt to stop. If I was you, I would never go to this Vslvoline and have them do anything on my car. They were rude and confrontational when I went back to question what happened. No one should ever do business in this horrible place!

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Offered some other services that my vehicle needed but at the same time no pressure to do those extra services at that time.

Here’s a negative review for your experience: --- **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. My son was convinced he needed an oil change, which would have been fine except HE JUST HAD ONE a few weeks ago! Despite pointing out the sticker showing the recent oil change, he was pressured into agreeing to another one He originally came in for a tire rotation and to ask about a few other items listed on the suggested service sheet he was given at the first oil change. He ended up agreeing to two additional services but was still pressured into an unnecessary oil change. When he came home and told me what happened, I called the store to get some clarity. Instead of assistance, I was hung up on. I called back and filed a claim with corporate, hoping they will correct this and refund the money for the unnecessary service. I've been a customer at this location for years, even back when it was under different ownership, which is why I trusted them enough to send my son there for the first time. However, this experience was a real eye-opener. I will no longer recommend or go to this store. Beware of their dishonest practices!

I went to Valvoline to get my oil changed. While I was sitting in my car, a ratchet was being used for the change, the end where the hand is hit my windshield and cracked it. By the end of the day, it went fully across my windshield. I saw this happen in real time in front of my eyes and there was a denial it happened there. What are next steps here? Footage of my vehicle coming in will show there was no crack and footage I side will show this happen. Thank you.

Absolutely AWFUL experience! I was first in line for an oil change. They had two bays open and were doing oil changes in each of them. I waited farther back expecting to be serviced on whichever opened up first. While I was waiting several cars lined up behind me. The service manager directed me to drive forward directly behind Bay 2, so when the car at Bay 2 finished, I would be there. Well an HOUR and 30 minutes later, I was STILL waiting! Apparently they had to do extra service at the car I was behind. Meanwhile they serviced oil changes THREE people that were BEHIND me in Bay 1. Meanwhile, the manager comes out and apologized that they are so "busy". I told him I don't mind if your busy, I mind that you keep servicing people behind me. I said why can't I back up and go into Bay 1? He said that's dangerous? But he said he will give me a DISCOUNT on my oil change. Ok...fair enough. At least they will be giving me a discount on the oil change. So after 2 hours of being "next in line", I finally finished my oil change and they charge me $50.69. I ask what the discount was, the guy calls the manager again who inputs the discount and says again that the reason I had to wait was because they were so busy. Again, I remind him that it's not that they were busy, it's that you keep servicing people that were BEHIND me. So he inputs the discount and the total comes to....48.59..... a $2.00 discount. Ridiculous. I waited two hours for their poor management. The least they could have done was give me an oil change on the house. That would have made me come back. Never again. Do not go here. They are awful.

The team that works here is downright incredible! This location was quite busy when I came by, but every single person working was keeping things organized and humming along. I was SO impressed! Not only that but their recommendations were spot on and not pushy (much appreciated). Even if this location is a little out of your way, make the trip. This team is worth it.

bad service. I did my oil change and the next day the tire pressure light came on. I got to have it checked and waited for an hour for nothing. the light is still on. Then I realized that the glove compartment where I changed the air filter was very hard as if it had been forced in. I will definitely never return.
