The employees were very kind and thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, as well as recommended other maintenance fixes beyond the reason for my visit. They never talked down to me and they all looked genuinely happy to be doing their job which is rare but made for a great experience! I needed an oil change and new battery and called ahead to make sure they had my oil in stock. The lady on the phone was very friendly and offered me a coupon as well. There are other oil change shops that are closer to my house than this one but I will make the drive here because I felt comfortable and taken care of at this location.

Bryon and his morning team were amazing! Got there as soon as they opened, and they delivered customer service with a smile. Despite the cold temps and early morning, they were kind. Bryon was informative and transparent about the services offered and any future recommendations. There wasn’t any pressure to get any additional services done on the spot, which was very considerate. I was able to get my tire pressure checked and filled, oil changed, few top ups, and filter replaced, all in a reasonable amount of time. I like this location due to proximity, but I’ll go back for the services. They get you in and out.

Bryan is truly a gem. I was at a car wash nearby and my car battery died on me, I walked over and the amount of kindness was shown was truly remarkable. Not only did Bryan walk over to give me a jump regardless of if I were to purchase a battery or not, he also looked into it and turns out Valvoline replaced my battery prior and it was still under warranty! So a situation that could have been extremely stressful and time consuming turned into one so easily resolved and I was on my way within 30 mins. Thank you Bryan for being kind, honest and efficient!

I went here for change the oil of my car. When the second oil change of my car came, I went somewhere else. While changing the oil of my car in the second place, they said that the filter had not changed before. I will never go here again.

Definitely racial discrimination 100%. I would not recommend this location. I was the 2nd customer to arrive , 3 ppl who came after me got serviced before me (for the same service oil change). They told me it would be a 15 minute wait then proceeded to act like my car was invisible. All 3 employees walked past my car to service other ppl before updating me or starting on my car. I sat for an hr & 12 minutes before deciding to leave. Me being the only person of color & everyone else being Caucasian, it just seems racially motivated. Never spend money with people who won’t even acknowledge your presence.

Service is great but they never seem to have a state inspector present. For state inspections you can most likely find one at "Take 5" if you need one immediately for registration purposes if you don't have much time off from work.

Update! The new staff doesn’t have the best customer service! The guy with dread locks Louise walked over to my car and asked me how can he help me when this is clearly a place to get an oil change! The staff seemed lazy and ready to go home. They also did not show me the oil stick before and after. No longer my go to for an oil change

I went here 2 times. Never again. Only 2 good things, the guy helping me was nice, and the oil change was done quickly. The first time I went there, I noticed my splash guard wasn't on all the way, but I didn't think that they did it, so I reattached it with heavy duty zip ties. The second time I went there, it makes me think that it's their fault, because they just took it completely off, and didn't know how to reattach it. After they put air in my tires, not all the caps were completely screwed on as well, so they have an issue with training on tightening screws and bolts. Another minor notable thing: I bought the passenger wiper, his supervisor said I'd get the second one free, I asked if I could get the same one (implying passenger side) and he said yes. He then proceeded to try and take off my driver's side wiper, I had to tell him 4 times to stop taking it off, he looked at me and proceeded to try and take it off after each time I told him to not to. I recently bought a driver's side wiper, I didn't want another one. Another thing, he was telling the guy helping me how to upsell right in front of me.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now, I’ve never had a problem with their oil changes. This particular time I was asked if I wanted my in cabin air filter changed. Which I said no to several times. I don’t know if they get commission for upselling or not. But I finally said yes so he could leave me alone since he offered $30 off. That would’ve been the equivalent of me changing it myself. After changing it, my car all of a sudden sounded like a lawn mower was in it. He told me I probably couldn’t hear it before because the sound was muffled by the dirty air filter. Like when you talk through a blanket you can’t hear a person clearly but when you remove it you can. His words verbatim. I left after that because I don’t like taking to people that think I’m dumb like them. I called the next day to speak with a manager. They told me I could bring my car back and they would look at it. Nothing was fixed. I got online and found out that Valvoline is notorious for getting leaves in the blower motor after changing the in cabin air filter. They wanted to convince me that the blower motor was broken prior to coming. All in all there were leaves stuck in it and my car is back to normal, not sounding like a lawn mower while the air is on. Go to them for oil changes, but nothing and I mean nothing else!!!!!

Do NOT get your state inspection here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They will come up with any reason to fail you on parts they just so happen to sell in the store. You will 100% get screwed if you go here.

Just had my car inspected by Alexis, the store Manager, and she was terrific - polite, efficient and no attempt to upsell. It took about the 15 minutes that I was told it would likely take. A very nice experience.

They SUCK, you can never get them on the phones. It goes to a Call Center then they said they'll have someone call back or if you do get through you get disconnected & have to start all over again. Garbage services!
