This was my second oil change with them since I purchased my car. The team was friendly, attentive and took care of my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back. No pressure for other services, they made sure I could see the new oil level and just took great care of me.

They did a excellent good job of what they do they told me I didn't need a oil change its because I poor some in there that why it look clean but they gonna change it and I really know they are busy working Guys dont do no playing when it comes to work thank you Xavier the first person walk up and ask me what I need best place I ever come to I recommend anybody come to them and I will be back 😊

Great customer service! Richard and his associates did a great job—-checked all my fluids, replaced my engine filter and gave me synthetic oil change while honoring my coupon. Excellent location!

I've enjoyed going to this location for the excellent customer service and efficient techs. Roderick serviced my vehicle on 12/16/2024. He was polite, really easy to work with, and honest about presenting the options available to me (i.e. filter swaps). I'll definitely come back when I need other services. It's a shame that the inspection machine is broken there, and that there isn't a lift adequate for working on some models of vehicles (i.e. my Chevy Trax) for tire rotations. That (especially the lift issue) is not the fault of the management or the techs, but a common pattern I see of new ownership gutting good shops upon acquisition. If not for that I'd probably get more tire work done here given how excellent the experience is at this location.

I made a mistake buying a Groupon for valvoline express care and Richard helped me fix my own mistake by staying on the phone with their corporate office so I could get my discount for their shop. Because of Richard I could afford my oil change with zero problems HE IS A BOSS AND I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

I was greeted immediately and moved to a service Bay immediately. Richard the manager explained what was going on and offered to check it out as a courtesy service and to reset my oil light. They checked it quickly and topped off the fluids and reassured me all was okay. They were great... Thank you!

I trust Valvoline. They don't try to up sell. When an older female goes to most auto shops, they want to sell you everything and every service they offer. Every Valvoline location I've been to, I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. They are my go to.

Really happy with the service - They guys helped me back my car into the spot and were quick with the oil change. Got my engine filter replaced and it was about $27, the full synthetic oil change was 100, but I had a $25 coupon I'd downloaded the morning off, so the total service came out to $110 with tax. No appointment was needed.

Richard and Yeal are amazing 👏 they gave me above and beyond customer service they are super knowledgeable! I drive from oak cliff just for their service! Even though I have a location 5 minutes away from my house, it is so much better here! And worth the drive!They even help with the damage the oak cliff location did! The Abrams location is the BEST!!!
