Outstanding service. I drive a lot for work and am here once every two months for an oil change. The staff is always great and I’ve never had any issues or problems with the services received.

Went in for an oil change and they broke a piece near my air filter causing my check engine light to come on. Now I’m out an extra $200 on top of what I paid for the oil change. I tried to file a claim with corporate costumer service but they denied it immediately. Some of the costumer service reps were nice but some were pretty rude and talked down to me.

Valvoline on 5th was fantastic! All staff were extremely courteous and professional, and we were in and out much more quickly than we expected. The excellent service was much appreciated! I would highly recommend!

If I could put no stars I totally would. Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change on my day off. These clowns put new oil in without draining the old oil. I had 9qts of oil in my 4 cylinder engine when I went to drain it after noticing a reduction in power and my car started to jerk. Thank god I work at a dealership with a service dept. where I was able to diagnose the issue. No telling what kind of long term damage this may have done to my car. Because they did not drain my oil there is no way they changed the filter either. They were unapologetic when I explained the situation to the store manager, I only was told I would get a call back. I called the corporate complaint center and was given a claim number. Yesterday I received a call from a "manager" at the location telling me he was told that I was getting a refund. This refund isn't even close to bringing me resolve in this terrible display of negligence, though I still have yet to receive said refund. Beyond disappointed with this place because up until this happened I was very satisfied with my service there. If you go make sure they are taking care of you the right way or you may end of with a blown engine.

somehow overfilled my oil badly. fouled spark plugs resulted, had to get another oilchange a week later somewhere else to fix the problem. Car is fine again after cleaning plugs, but, I'm not going back even though i have a coupon. The worst thing is the guy trying to pass off the over-filled dipstick as "normal" even when i showed him where it was supposed to be. I'm not an idiot, dude, give me a break.

The Service WAS GREAT, wait time not so great and there were some mild conflict between staff. I realized they were understaffed the day I was serviced so I understand some of the stress they were feeling, which did not affect their work performance, just how I viewed their interactions, which always determines if I return or not to any place. I most definitely will return because it has happened at other locations, but it's the service I receive that keeps me coming back! I enjoy being able to come to Valvoline and receiving great service and I was not disappointed - the job was well done! 🧡 Blessings! 🧡

5:30pm oct. 25. 2024 the white man with short (dirty blond?) hair was very rude. he was talking trash to a kid then when confronted he tried to lie his way out saying it’s a bad gas smell from someone earlier. all i’m saying is, keep it professional and keep unrelated work topics off the clock and on breaks.

They were very polite here but comparing receipts, their prices have went up so insanely high in the last two years I can no longer afford it. It is cheaper for me to just go to the Nissan dealer. Not only is it a lot cheaper, but Nissan gives me more miles "until the next change" by 2000 more than here!! What is going on? I'm never coming back.

Wow, I couldn’t be more impressed! Very knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and super professional. They provide useful information on exactly what they’re finding and what they recommend. It took only 20 minutes for a check of systems, oil change, air filter change, replacing rear brake lights, putting air in two tires, and more— and I didn’t even have to get out of the car! Prices reasonable. I will be coming back!
