This is the worst place for having any car service. I took my car yesterday for changing the oil and filter. The staff asked me to stay in the car and showed the conventional and premium oil change options. I opted the premium full synthetic oil option with its filter for $108, for which the staff informed to have 18 point car inspection with changing the filter, and filling air for free. The staff initiated checking the air filter first and he could not open the glove box after trying multiple attempts. He then asked me to take the car to the dealership service centre for it to be inspected. He further showed me a filter that he wanted me to buy it for $35. When I asked that you said it for free, he replied that it was for another engine oil filter which he said that it was changed while changing the oil. When I asked the older oil filter for inspection, he refused to show. Instead, he kept on promoting me to have additional services and products (wipers) for another $500, which was completely annoying. Meanwhile, while changing the oil, there was power outage and I had to be waiting there for an hour and half. After the power came, their credit card swiper didn't work and I was asked to pay by cash instead. When I said I did not carry cash with me, they forced me to do so by taking cash from surrounding ATMs at -22°F at 7.30 pm. If not, they threatened to block me accessing any Volvoline in the future. This is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest business practice.

Took my truck in to have the oil changed and everything went smooth until I drove away. Apparently one of the technicians left a dropped socket in the engine bay. The socket found it's way into my steering linkage which jammed the wheel when trying to turn left. I ended up in someone's yard, nearly missing a utility pole. I managed to get the vehicle home and fish it out with a magnet.

My husband takes our car here for almost every oil change because the service is always top notch. I was with him today when we had our oil changed and saw firsthand how kind, informative, and efficient the staff is. Alex and Misael did a great job servicing our vehicle and letting us know what services our car is due for without being pushy at all. They even printed out the prices for us to take to our dealer (the services they suggested are supposed to be covered under our purchase agreement with where we got our car), and if we have issues or they try to charge us a high price at our dealer, we will be bringing our car back here to get the services performed. They let us know that at some point someone put high adhesive duct tape on our cracked coolant container, we had no idea it was even broken, so that’s something we’ll look into for sure. In and out in 15 minutes for an oil change, stayed in the car and had pleasant conversation with the employees through the window. We will definitely be back, as usual!

Went to the location on Bethel Rd and Bentley. The point man, Luis, was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me reset my oil alert on my counsel. The rest of the crew was very efficient. Great experience

Typically I Change my own oil. This is one of the reasons why I absolutely do not trust Valvoline but now that I’m over 50 years old, it gets hard for me to do it and I was leaving on a road trip for the holiday weekend and I in Vertente decided to have Valvoline changed the oil which was now a mistake. I specifically told them that I did not want anything except oil change, I don’t want to try to sell me lightbulbs or windshield wipers or whatever so the guy agreed to an oil change then I seen somebody head over with a screwdriver under my hood and I wondered why and then a moment later they emerge with my air filter asking me if I want it changed and I said no I told you I only want oil changed. Well I go today a week later and Valvoline and lo and behold half the screws are missing out of my air cleaner and the ones that are remaining are sticking up and not even tighten down so this is the kind of work they do

Went first thing this morning to get an oil change. Staff got me in as soon as they opened the doors and I was out within 12 minutes. Amazing and friendly staff, very satisfied, and will be returning for the great service.

Don’t ever go to this place again they broke a piece of under my car that goes to my oil and lied about it and I had to go to the Polaris store to get it fixed. They did not compensate me or nothing. They wanted to go back under my car and I said no, they’re not touching my car ever again same thing with my daughters car. They blew her engine on her BMW. My daughter just never came back. I’ve been going to this place for four years when they put these new people in here it all went down I go to the Polaris store. That’s the best store for up north for me. Never had a bad experience. I spoke with them and made a report. I will never come back here. You can keep your response

Last week I went in on a busy day, and the staff did a great job of working on my car and getting all its updates without rushing. They appreciated my patience, and I appreciated their service. I always bring a book to read, just in case there is a wait. Even better, I noticed this past week after replacing my air filter that there was a buzzing noise coming from my front area. They took another look at it, and were able to fix it in 3 minutes. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I’m thankful they took my request seriously and helped me solve my car problems! I’m happy for their fast service and commend them for working fast in the heat!

I just left this place and I must have spoken with half a dozen staff members and everyone one of them was friendly, fun, upbeat, and informative. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I wish I had the gift for remembering names to highlight the individuals I spoke with I but lack that ability. They were all great. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, and this staff deserves it. Highly recommend this place! Fast, friendly, and professional!

Great place super friendly and fast oil change but they made sure to do it with care. Another Valvoline put oil filter on wrong and leaked oil but this one not only replaced the oil but gave me a new fileter and cleaned all the oil up on my truck.

I don't know if it was this location or high street but one of the 2, I went for an oil change before my current. Jiffy Lube informed me that the last place I went gave me an oversized oil drain plug. It was causing more leaking. They replaced it for me and earned my committed business. So no thanks to your service.
