Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Didn’t catch the oil leak. Didn’t even say it was low on oil when I brought it in. One month and $6000 later the oil leak is fixed which also caused the timing chain to have to be replaced.

So I came in to get my oil changed and Ty was the guy I was speaking to he helped with any additional services I needed the oil change was done in like 20 minutes nice and fast! I would recommend coming here everyone is great and very helpful!!

I was checked in within 10 minutes of arriving and everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a quick oil change and everything was done perfectly! I have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years and I definitely will continue!

Survey Comment: I arrived at the location and the three stalls were occupied. There were no other vehicles there otherwise. I was told to get in the second bay line. I waited for nearly 10 minutes when another car arrived and they were put in bay line 3. About another 10 minutes later another car arrived and they were put in bay line 1. The cars in both line 3 and line 1 were serviced and left before I was ever called in. I waited for over 30 minutes while people that arrived 10 minutes after me were serviced and left. This is inexcusable. I’ll never come back to Valvoline.

The ones I spoke to were nice but no smiles just straight faced. Over all oil was change..never explain Different type of oils. Or checking of tires or lights like last time I went.and let 1 car ahead of me when I was there first.

If you want oil dumped all over the engine bay go here. Got my oil changed before a road trip to Tennessee and now thanks to there terrible service my vehicle reeks of burning oil thanks you so much

Quick on the oil change. Checked the air filters and showed them to me and they need to be changed. Reset a code that was annoying and unneeded. Very pleased with the service.

The guy that helped me suggested services my car needed in a professional, friendly manner. Technician in bay two answered questions for me while my lead guy was getting my oil. He was very knowledgeable and friendly also.

They were having problems sucking the oil out?! They decided to try to drain instead. Assuming they did the job, I was told they were done. They never showed me the dip stick. They had to know they were screwing me. 3 weeks later I check my oil and there was nothing showing. Was down 3 qts. I'm guessing they screwed up and I was charged for oil I never got and could have ruined my engine. Never going back here

Acabo de tener una muy mala experiencia en este lugar, que irresponsabilidad la de la persona que me atendió. Salí de un cambio de aceite aparentemente bien, cuando ya iba a medio camino se encendió una luz en el tablero del carro que indicaba al parecer que no le habían puesto aceite o el suficiente aceite que necesitaba. Como es posible que pase esto en un lugar así? Es decir que si el carro se hubiese dañado o sufre posibles daños a futuro quien responde? Ultima vez que visito este lugar.

I stopped into this location yesterday (8/14 at around 8:30am). I have taken all of my vehicles to valvoline—whether in Michigan or Ohio, I have never gone elsewhere. Yesterday I had my 2024 Edge serviced for its FIRST oil change prior to making a 2HR travel for work. During my appointment, I was never asked for any of my information—other than the scanning of my VIN, attempting to scan my coupon and being told, “it didn’t work, i tried,” and then paying $90 for my service, there was little to no communication with the service technicians. Nobody even tried to upsell anything either, which based off of all past experiences I found extremely odd. Fast forward to me being 2HR from home (and 7mo pregnant) for a work visit. My carpeted skid plate falls off when I reverse out of my parking spot. I place this in my car and start to make my drive back home—didn’t get far, because the metal skid plate was hanging and dragging across the ground, which involved me getting out and underneath my vehicle on the side of the highway. Just to fine that nothing in my undercarriage was secured post service. Luckily, I found a different valvoline about 12min away and they took care of me the best that possibly could. I was informed that neither of my plates were secured post visit and almost all fasteners (except 2) were present. This valvoline was able to secure my carpeted skid plate with zip ties and my metal plate is currently in the trunk of my car. This location also informed me that what I thought was leaking oil found post visit, was just residue from the original location not cleaning up post job. I was advised that valvoline has a claims department and I’m requesting some form of response. Again, this was my vehicles FIRST oil change and by far my worst experience in my 15yrs of driving and having my vehicles serviced. My car is jimmy-rigged with zip ties, and materials are still left in my car. $90 in service got me that??
