Took absolutely forever. One car in front of me, was there when I pulled in and it was like 30min! Once it’s finally time to pull in, they don’t take payment over the phone? Every single valvoline so far has been able to do so, I use them regularly. Who doesn’t take payment over the phone these days? Guess it’s on me I should’ve checked before waiting, but save yourself the time.

I always go to Valvoline for my oil changes but the customer service at this one exceeded the others ones I’ve been to. I think I have a new favorite oil change spot and it’s because of the team working there. :)

Wow. Let's see... "15 minute" oil change took over half an hour with a staff member who was thoroughly confused and needed constant reminders from his co-workers. Left oilly hand prints on the hood AND gloove box inside the car from dirty gloves. Skid plate fell off the next morning. No offer of refund or discount. No appology. No acceptance of responsibility at all. Edit: going to have to replace the wiper blades they sold me, too. Inferior.

Vennessa and her team were wonderful to work with. She explained everything that was going on and gave great recommendations. Did not try to oversell or get me to do something my car wasn't needing. Honest service is important and it keeps me coming back when I feel I can trust the technicians.

Took my vehicle for an oil change. A couple days later after not driving it I noticed a puddle of oil in my garage. I took it back after having to spend $40 on oil at Napa to make sure it was full enough to drive. They redid the oil change at no charge. Took it home and a couple hours later another puddle of oil. They tried to tell me I had a leak in one of my hoses. After getting underneath the car and looking for myself I saw the oil was leaking from the filter. I took it to the Lewis Center location where they told me the filter was barely screwed in. Stay away from the Polaris location. They obviously have no clue what they are doing.

You need to train your employees better, their lack of knowledge and carelessness is causing damage to people's vehicles. I took my Infinity Q50 to this location around 6 months or so to have the oil changed. And today I took my car to Infinity of Columbus and they reported to me that the Air filter boxes were not installed correctly after they were replaced last time. They are advising me to never take it back to whoever did this and I am absolutely going to take their advice. This has caused my engine to run horribly, the performance has slowly been getting worse and is affecting my gas mileage too. This is what caused me to take it to my guys at Infinity. I hope there is not any permanent damage to my engine because improperly installed air filters can cause debris to get inside and cause wear and tear to the internal parts! In the past I thought I would save money and time by taking it to a Valvoline for an oil and air filter change but I see now that was a mistake. I put my trust in having it serviced there assuming everything was done correctly and it wasn't. Nice guys and all but I'm sorry I will not be returning or recommending anyone to use Valvoline

The workers are never very friendly. This last time they overfilled my oil and oil got all over my engine and windshield. They did a poor attempt of cleaning it. When I left I still had oil dripping down my wind shield.
