The Valvoline Oil change center on Two Notch road has shown me th most courtesy and care that I have seen in years. My 2 visits thus far have been pleasant, interaction with staff and performance of the funtion were great. Friendly and efficient, suggestive and not pushy with items that need attention. They will DEFinitely have my business going forward.

Great staff that communicated throughout the entire process. Technician advised the advisor as to where he was with the maintenance, advisor did an amazing job letting me know what needed to be done in the future. Will definitely return with all of my vehicles

A+ Speed of Service A+ Customer Service Fast efficient service I wasn't even aware my brake light was out they change the brake light and oil and it still was less than 15min. Highly recommend this location!

First time having my vehicle serviced by Valvoline, and I was impressed by the care they gave my car. They were friendly and professional. They answered any questions I had about their other services. I would highly recommend them and will be returning in the future for other services.

I rarely leave reviews for any service unless they are truly fantastic or absolutely horrible. Bill was truly fantastic from start to finish. I have been contemplating going back to changing my own oil, but after the service I received today and being treated like a real person, I'll be going back to Bill!

If you have a non traditional oil filter these guys WILL mess up your car! The seal wasnt secured or something and now my 2021 Toyota with 27,000 miles needs a new engine!

One of the mechanics spilled oil all over my engine bay and then another one proceeded to pretend like it didn't happen. I asked permission and then stepped out of the vehicle to ensure the oil was being cleaned up (it was not). I pointed right to the oil and politely asked for it to be wiped. The mechanic pretended like he couldn't see it. He then got angry and extremely unprofessional claiming I was "stepping out of the car to act like I was gonna do something". The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and I felt my physical well being was threatened for requesting a simple task. Maybe the interaction went this way because I was in full military uniform but either way no customer should be treated like that.

We had my 2024 gmc 2500 truck in for a oil change. The tech replaced the plug incorrectly. I have a claim in, however this multi million dollar corporation is shopping around and still has not fixed my vehicle. Need answers and a fix.

Be VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! I came and got my transmission fluid changed and Now it states “Tramission overheating SLOWDOWN.” I was told not enough Transmission fluid was put in, and I can’t even go over 60 miles.

Tech wanted to question the miles on the truck. They’re not only ones that can change oil in my company truck. They never checked the wipers nor tire pressure. Never asked if I reset the oil life. Not even sure at this point if they actually changed the oil and filter. Don’t waste your money

Hello just wanted to let you all know that CSR Kobe is one of the best that I have encountered since you all have opened. I have been dealing with Valvoline for over 10 years. He is by far one of the top individuals I have ever dealt with. I am writing this because a lot of people don’t get the thanks that they really deserve. I really love coming because I know when I come he will have a smile on his face ready to help. He is like a octopus he is all over the place helping everyone and I Thank him for that. Thank you all for hiring such a great gentleman at your location.

Staff was great there was a bit of a wait due to servicing others so no worries but I was greeted immediately. They had a small mishap with my radiator cap breaking while checking fluid. They called auto parts store near it was delivered and installed for free.

garbage place, level 9:40 in the morning to change oil, engine oil filter, diesel filter, refrigeration. They charged more than 500 dollars for the service. The truck wouldn't start, they did everything they could to start it and the starter burned out. I didn't have a truck to work with, they didn't offer a truck for me to work. They said they will fix it tomorrow, I don't believe it will be ready tomorrow. No solution was offered so I don't lose any more days of work
