The Manager took the time to get my air filter changed in my Renegade, he is the 1st person ever to offer and I really appreciated it! He also gave my dog some treats before we left :) thank you so much I appreciate the crew here !

Been to this location about 5 times now. Every visit has been great. Staff are very friendly and I'm always out of there in under 20 minutes. Will continue to come to this location again and again.

I went in knowing that I was slightly overdue for an oil change, and then I needed my cabin air filter and engine filter changed, as told by a Kia dealership. They informed me that for whatever reason, the Kia dealership did not put my engine air filter back, so they went ahead and put one in there for me. What would’ve taken two hours at a dealership took them 10 minutes, and they were all very kind. 100% worth it. Will be going back for my maintenance needs.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They showed me that one tire was worn to the belts and they put my spare on for me. The most pleasant crew. The best service. These folks will take good care of you.

More focused on who would spin the sign at the street than if my car was put back the way it should be and their tools weren’t still under my hood. They closed the hood with a flashlight under the hood and left my skid plate only half attached.

The guy who took care of me at the location in Harbison was very nice and had great customer service. Very respectful! Got me in and out and out with no problem and he also checked my tires before I was headed out of town! Thank you again.

I typically try and do my own oil changes but stumbled across a coupon for this place and decided to save some time. I looked at the reviews and gave this place a shot. As a business owner myself I hope this gets to some higher ups and you take a second to find out who the 2 man 1 woman crew was that was working today August 19th around 11:30am and show them some appreciation because those are the kind of employees you want representing your company. Every single person was professional, respectful, and honest. I typically don’t leave reviews but felt this was necessary because customer service like that is lacking at most places these days and good help is even harder to find. Great experience!

Please replace the dead trees along your business and don’t just cut them down. They need to be replaced. The city did not require the trees just to be planted for the heck of it.

Conner was very nice and efficient. He helped me find out what was wrong with my car with just hearing the sound it made. He didn’t try to force me to buy anything I didn’t need and the prices they charged there were very affordable. Over all best experience.

Honestly wish I could give less stars. I just left this location and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and dumb. I understand upselling and wanting to make some extra cash but I was attempted to be upsold 4 different times and 2 of the times were about the same thing by 2 different people and when I told the Second Gentlemen (who’s name I didn’t get but he was a bald man in a pollo so possibly a manager?) that I had already been told about that and that I wasn’t looking to replace it at this time he said “are you looking at the same thing I am” and I said “yes sir” and then he busted out laughing and walked away. I was honestly floored. I’ve never experienced such rude and inconsiderate service in my life. You don’t know me and you don’t know my financial position, and all though currently it isn’t, this 70$ oil change could be breaking my bank right now and I genuinely can’t afford to get that filter replaced because I need the money for other things and you’re laughing in my face… It’s disgusting and so unprofessional at the highest level, and if you think that is how you attract returning customers or thought maybe laughing would make me say “oh you know what maybe I will buy that” then you’re absolutely out of your mind. This country is extremely expensive and people are just trying to get by and if someone tells you no on extra costs, usually it’s for more than just, they just don’t want to spend the money some times they may just really not be able to, and that SHOULD Be okay! They could have told me my car was going to explode in minutes and I still wouldn’t of wanted to give that man any more of my money. I definitely wont be returning needless to say, probably should have read the reviews before I visited anyways and will definitely be warning off anyone else. Connor however was very sweet and tried to ease the moment because he could sense the tension after the fact.

Speedy friendly service and they are open on Sundays if you are in a bind. If you are price sensitive then they did cost more for an oil change than another place I went but I think it was a fair price given the convenience and the techs seemed knowledgeable
