The team here managed to be extremely efficient, friendly, and thorough all at once. The members verbally kept checking in with each other while servicing multiple cars. Getting my oil and break lights changed was a breeze without having to leave my car. The convenience and professionalism here will definitely have me coming back.

If I could give more stars, I would! I had an issue caused by another oil change shop, and showed up at a busy time just before closing and Warr, Bree and the team were incredibly kind, accomodating and solved my issue and got me back on the road safely. I cannot thank them enough for their service!

In town helping my wife's grandmother; noticed her service was due. I am regional manager for Mavis Discount TIre and brakes and didn't have any stores close by, so I decided to use a competitor to perform her oil change and tire service...Would like to thank the entire crew for their professionalism, smiles and welcoming posture as well as the quick and helpful service. I paid attention to safety process, such as oil level, drain plug, oil filter and lugnut torque procedure which was followed to the T! Great job team Valvoline!

Do not take your vehicle here. They snapped two bolts off my skid plate, only for me to hear rattling on the way home. Went back and they 'found the bolt they forgot'. They then proceeded to strip another bolt on my skid plate after I told them to stop trying to mess with it. These guys don't know what they are doing. Go to a real mechanic. Of course customer service is not open today so I'll be calling tomorrow and submitting a claim. Stay away. Dishonest and unskilled.

Instead of driving to Montgomery and taking half an afternoon at my dealership for a free oil change I opted to spend OOP (but with a coupon) to go to this nearby new Valvoline location. I strategically went just before the lunch hour and pulled right into the bay. It took all of 15 minutes and the team of four worked efficiently. If your time is worth money then this might be a good option for your next oil change.

I have gone to Valvolines for years and am lucky to have this new location super close. They were super knowledgeable, took care of some corrosion on my battery, knocked out my oil change, and made sure my tire pressure was normal. A super respectful and efficient team
