Ben was great, knowledgeable and professional. The staff was on point with everything and it was nice see onsite training. I went in for a fuel systems cleaning in hopes would help my check engine light turn off. During the process something that looked like a nest shot out my muffler. It was wild but made me feel better knowing this could be the worst of it. That that catalytic converter wasn’t the issue. So, after a day or so my check engine light has turned off. The car was driving way better after the service. Thank you for everything. Appreciate the passion the technicians and mechanics have.

The service took a long time to get done and the price is incredibly to high. Unless I’m offered an amazing deal that I just can’t pass up I Will Not ever use your services again. I could not post this without putting at least 1 star. I really did want to give 0 stars

They went above and beyond for my service. Yes, the line for waiting was long, but today the second bay door was broken so it wasn't the fault of the staff, it was merely a 'life happens' situation. When I told them I have a budget, they made sure to stay within that. Also discounted some wiper blades so that they also fit within the budget. I'm just overall glad with the service I received.

Absolutely terrible experience. My brother brought in his van for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. The staff upsold him on a coolant flush and, during the oil change, somehow stripped the oil plug threads. They installed a different plug and acted like it wasn’t their fault at all. They didn’t even bother showing the oil dipstick to verify the work was done. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing—everyone was scattered, and he ended up waiting way longer than necessary. To make it worse, they told him the transmission fluid was low and added four quarts without proof, even though it had been just fine before. Guess what? Now the transmission is leaking badly, and my brother is left dealing with the mess. He even filed a claim, and it was just flat-out denied. This van was well-maintained with zero issues before coming here. Now it’s got problems that Valvoline refuses to take responsibility for. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else but here—this place is careless and won’t own up to their mistakes.

Home of the two hour oil change. Go somewhere else. The employees dick around and have no sense of urgency at all. Sat waiting in the car for two hours on a Saturday while the literal TWO other cars in front of us got serviced for literally anything other than an oil change.

Sat in line for exactly an hour and a half (not joking) with just two cars in front us. Waisted half a day getting the family ready and driving to town for an oil change and for an appointment we had to miss to sit in line here.

I work as an optician right down the street from this location. Tonight when I got off work, one of my tires was dead flat(rim on ground). I called valvoline and they said to come see them so they could help me. The staff was just phenomenal. Young men very willing to assist. I just want to share this experience because they have no idea how much I appreciated their help. Didn't even charge me. I'm going to pay them a visit one day before work and drop off a Starbucks gift card to let them know how much they did for me. Thanks guys. I'm a customer forever for this!!!!

They've always done right by me at the Valvoline in Eastgate. I've gone other places that are cheaper, but I always come back. I highly recommend!

Matthew was a sweetie and let me see and learn the process of replacing my inside air filter, Chad was also very committed to making sure everything was good to go on my car. prices are also slightly better compared to Take 5 :)
