Had the greatest experience at the VIOC on Beechmont in Cincinnati. Oil change was great, but Ben and Adam went above and beyond in helping with a battery issue I was having on my kids’ car. We really appreciate it!

Be careful they don’t always follow the process and you need to watch them or go elsewhere. They are short staff and will use as an excuse when they mess up

A very friendly staff got me in and out quickly! Well... That was my initial Google review of Valvoline, and I initially rated them 5 stars. I jumped the gun a bit as I entered this review in my car while my initial service tech was working on my vehicle. He was great! But just before I left, Kevin the manager climbed in the passenger seat of my car and checked my cabin air filter. It was definitely filthy and needed to be replaced. He said no words to me, left for 10 minutes and came back with a new one. As he was installing it he told me that I was lucky they had one in stock. I was a bit annoyed because Kevin had not asked if I would like this to be changed out. However, as nicely as I could, I questioned the price... $59.99!!! I told Kevin that was very high, and I didn't approve of a new filter in the first place. He replied that he assumed I'd rather pay $59.99 today than pay $900.00 for a new blower motor. I told him that I'd simply drive a few blocks down the road and purchase one from an auto parts store. He then said that he'd have to get my old one out of the trash. I never asked him to throw it away!!! Kevin then told me he was not on commission and didn't care how I chose to spend my money. He put my old filter back in and rushed me out. I apparently incorrectly assumed that $125 for an oil change would get my fluids and tire pressure topped off. The initial tech DID take the time to tell me that 32psi was the recommended tire pressure for my car. After Kevin rushed me out, my tire light stayed on. I then checked my pressure and filled my tires from 26psi to 32psi. Then I proceeded to put a 1/2 gallon of washer fluid in my car. So... in summary, for $125 I got an oil change and I'm assuming a new oil filter. I did NOT get my fluids or tire pressure topped off, and the manager got mad at me because he had to dig my air filter out of the trash. I drove 3 blocks down the road and purchased a cabin air filter for $22 and put it in myself. If you look it up Valvoline, my wife and son have been regulars to your shop. Not anymore.

I purchased a new bulb for my headlight, from another company and while installing it they put it in crooked. So I stopped at Valvoline in Anderson and a nice young guy who's name I did not get, fixed the headlight in five minutes. Great customer service!!!!!!

Extremely pleased with the service I got from Valvoline and the manager, Adam. I was in a pickle with a dead battery and he made sure I was taken care of, and on my way in a timely fashion. I will always recommend Valvoline up there on Beechmont.

Fast and easy. Love how everyone here seems like they are genuinely interested in cars and seem to enjoy their work. It's actually kind of fun to come here, as far as completing mundane tasks goes!

Charles the manager, was amazing. Explained everything perfectly and was super patient letting me ask some questions. There was one other guy and one girl who were a great representation of your company and customer service! Very enjoyable experience!

the staff is really friendly and very helpful. Other than when I pulled in nobody really greeted me for 5-10 minutes. Which isn’t a huge deal, they were super friendly and it made up for it !!
