DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! When I went to do an oil change, they put dirty oil in my car which caused the valve not to open properly. I took it to another company to get it checked at and they said that they get at least 10 customers weekly bring their cars from mistakes from this Valvoline I cant STRESS THIS ENOUGH DONT GO HERE!!!!

I started coming to this location because north bend said they changed my oil but really didn’t. Now this location marked that they checked my tires pressure added windshield fluid to my car and some more stuff and didn’t ! Vavoline is just not a trustworthy place. I would not recommend especially if you’re a woman who doesn’t know much about cars you’ll be left getting a second job done and out of money.

I would have given a 5 star but he stated that he aired up all my tires and when I pulled off the dash stated that I had the same amount of air as when I pulled up and also he turned off my automatic lights and when I left I got pulled over for my lights being out. Thank God I didn't get a ticket

Adam was so courteous and caring. It's my Mother's 5 year anniversary of her passing, and I was a crying mess in my car. He made sure I was taken care of and was understanding. He was so polite and his shift was over. He decided to stay and make sure I was put in the system correctly and that my coupon was in there. Thank you Adam. You made a hard day less of a burden 🥰

Deserve "0" and no star.....Management has 2 lines system allowing motorists to jump lines instead of "alternating" or "first-come-first serve" policy. The worst of all servicemen missing a crucial detail - they left some gadgets loose in the process of servicing the car. The manager of the day was so arrogant that he neither acknowledged the poor service nor the mismanaged que system. This is the worst Vavoline facility I have ever been to. Avoid it!

They didn’t have one of the filters I needed in stock but other than that, the service was great . They were professional and friendly . Plus they seemed very knowledgeable. The only issue was the filter not being in stock .

I manage the maintenance for 29 Fleet vehicles. I use Valvoline because they’re efficient nice guys and take care of all the things that I need quickly to get in and out. These cars are for delivery drivers and gotta be on the road quickly so kudos to the guys
