Extremely dishonest and not trustworthy service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want to deal with more issues for your car. This is the reason people do not trust mechanics.

Hello everyone, why did I give them stars? Because they do their job very well, but they work sloppily. I constantly use their services. Very cheap and good service.But there is one big minus they are not very and work more sloppily constantly after changing the oil I will have to wash my engine My advice to you before changing the engine or doing anything is to ask that they worked very carefully, but you can see in the photo how they ruined my car and got it dirty.

Came in today because my boyfriend found fluid in my parking spot while I was gone. The store manager Nick and his crew were kind enough to take a look for us. Thankfully, nothing was wrong. It really gave us peace of mind. Thank you!

I have been here before with no issues but today was different. I don't think they checked the air in my tires and they told me that I needed a new battery and did not offer the old one to me. I found out when I got home that my husband had them tell him the same and then he took it to the dealership and the battery was fine. They also told me that $189 is normal price for a battery but come to find out that I could have gotten one for less than $100! Ugh!

Got an oil change today and the receipt says they checked my tires. And they were all 35…. Clearly not. Very disappointing. They also did not check my lights.

My first time using valvoline yesterday. I got on the highway and I start to smell burning oil. I immediately exited and as I’m on the ramp, before I can even pull into a gas station, my car is smoking significantly. I popped my hood and first I notice they’ve gotten oil hand prints all over in my engine bay. The worst sight was seeing my dip stick jammed into a random spot near where it should be. I understand that my dip stick is truly a rare sight and not easy to get on the first try, sometimes I even struggle, but please ask me if I know anything about it before sending me off carefree! After placing the dipstick back correctly, I didn’t experience any more smoke or burning smell. I know that probably was not the worker’s intention, but seeing your car smoking after getting it serviced is a horrible experience.

A word of advice/warning. If you go, after you leave , pull over and check all filler caps. Radiator cap was not tight on mine which when vehicle got hot enough I had anti freeze spray all over my engine

Had a worst experience today. Came first time at this location with a Groupon coupon to change full synthetic oil on my chevy Traverse. They started refilling my car with a low grade oil and told me that they are running short of full synthetic oil. At this time tech has left me no choice, shouldn't they check first before draining out oil from my chevy??

I am always treated respectfully and the staff is so personable. They give me information of what needs to be done to my vehicle but never push me to buy anything.

I came about 30 mins before closing time. They had a line of cars behind me so they were rushing to get us in and out. The guy tried to cash me out without checking any of my lights or windshield wipers which I KNOW both needed changed and I had planned on paying to change them out. I finally asked him about it since he never checked on his own and so he finally checked them but he told me he couldn't change my turn signal light and cashed me out from there. Never checked anything else in my car. I had to ask him if any filters needed changed, etc to which he still never told me. Usually they will recommend things to be changed, tell you they topped off your wiper fluid, show you filters, tell you your tire pressure is good, etc. We got none of that. They were too focused on getting off in time. Don't waste your time coming here!! Will never be back!

I have the pleasure of stopping in at this location every 8k miles for my fleet vehicle. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, their team work is wonderful! I've begun taking my personal vehicle here as well for routine maintenance. Thank you all!

I've been getting my oil changed at the wrong places this while time. Definitely making this location my go to as should others, because the service was awesome. Wait time was a bit long, but Colby was acknowledging everyone in line and taking charge. Give him a raise and more vacation time because this dude absolutely deserves it!

Quick enough oil change, but can't remember the last time I got up sold with the intensity that they show here. I had four different people attempt to sell me things that I didn't need, that would have added up to another $3-4k if I would have been gullible enough to do even half of them.
