Valvoline Instant Oil Change

You send me a coupon for 20% off, to use on the weekend of 01/24/2025, then the coupon didn't work. So I get oil change and new filter and no 20% off. I don't usually use Valvoline, but I went so I can use the coupon. It's like you tricked me into going, I will not be using your services anymore.

This people are freaking horrible they won’t let me speak with a manager my car stopped and wouldn’t start back up after the oil change service and said that we can not speak with a manager and said they spoke with the manager and they wouldn’t be there for a week. my car was running perfectly fine before I let this valvoline put oil in my car -51.48 and a car

This Valvoline facility is fast, friendly and efficient. They do not pressure you to purchase unnecessary services. However, they are knowledgeable and will give you their recommendations for service that you may need in the near future.

Fast service and good prices. Didn’t make an appointment, and just showed up. Went in for tire rotation. I Would recommend and return for a quick car service. They did a good job and let me know about a larger issue they saw with my wheel bearings that I’ll address with a mechanic.

Caesar the (manager) over charged me on my oil change ! $130 on a oil change not even the dealership charges that much . What a rip off ! Will never go back to them

I came to this location on Archer because the Cicero Avenue location I normally go to doesn't have a lift to do a tire rotation. The technician (the name was Quincy on his shirt) at the Archer shop was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had the same positive experience here at the Archer location that I normally have at the Cicero location I always go to. It's unbelievable that I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience at Valvoline, which is why I continue to come back. The quality of work has also been excellent. Keep up the great work!

My oil and engine light came on and I took it there right away. I didn't get the tech's name bur he was very helpful and honest and told me to take it back to the dealer. He didn't try to sell me anything and didn't charge me anything for connecting the reader to my computer to diagnose the issue. I feel that they are trustworthy and they just gained a customer.
