I always have a good experience at this location. However this last experience was the best ever! Great customer service, quick service and kind and friendly techs! It is freezing outside and these guys even offered addition help with air in my tire since the weather has been so cold. Thank you!

These guys are very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I'm glad I had an with my previous oil change company. This being my inaugural visit, I must say it was an exceptionally positive experience. Initially, I arrived solely for an oil change, but while waiting, I noticed the customer ahead of me was having their headlights replaced. This prompted me to remember that I had a part in my vehicle that required motherboard replacement. The staff were more than willing to assist me with this task and even pointed out that I had another bulb out on the opposite side, which they promptly replaced as well. The professionalism and helpfulness exhibited by the team were commendable. CJ efficiently handled my oil change, while Dean took charge of the lighting repairs, as well as the associated paperwork and payment. Overall, a seamless and satisfactory experience! Thank you! Highly recommend!

A quick, efficient, professional and good value oil change. Tre was clear and open about the service, and Glenn was quick, efficient and courteous at the change. Onto ramp to pulling out was 11 minutes, very happy customer.

The technicians at the Valvoline on Gander Drive are always fast, professional, and courteous. Today I had Deven (and Jordan, I think) helping me out. They addressed all of my concerns, changed my oil, made sure my tire pressure was on point,, and topped off my fluids. Deven made relevant recommendations about additional services I should consider, given my tendency to drive until my gas light comes on, lol! Highly recommend! Thank you Deven!

This place used to be great, but the past few times I’ve been there have taken forever. If you do go, assume an hour and 15 minutes minimum to get your oil changed.

The guys working at this Valvoline are always great- they do a good job, are pleasant and fun to chat with, get people through quickly even when it's backed up, and just overall make it a great experience (well, as good as an oil change can be). Prices are good and about on par with other local shops, very fair if you have a coupon. Thanks yall!

Update 11/19/2024 After my last visit for an oil change, I happened to look under the hood, and notice 1) all the plastic pieces that hold the sound insulation panel to the motor had been removed and not replaced 2) the top to the radiator overflow was missing. I know there were removed by Valvoline as I always check under the hood after I have some service. I called Valvoline and was assured by one of the employees that the top would be ordered, and he said they always removed the plastic pieces as they were a nuisance. I did not hear anything back for a couple of weeks, and went by to visit. The manager was there, and she said they would order the top. I ended up by the piece from the dealership, which was $37. To their credit they did end up calling, but it was too late I had already replaced the top. I have some of the plastic connectors as you can get a sack of 100 for about $5 from ebay, but I do not think they are a nuisance - they are there for a reason. Previously I would have recommended taking your car there and recommending it for any family member, ie new driver, etc. with no concerns, but I would advise caution now, and certainly check your car before and after the visit for missing parts. Honest shop with fair prices.

Updated review: I just took my other daughter's car in for an oil and transmission fluid change. They were backed up so it took me almost an hour to wait in line. Once I did get to the front, supposedly an inspection took place of the headlights but later that afternoon, I discovered that one of those lights was out. According to my daughter, it had been out for at least the past week. They were unable to do the transmission fluid change because they were out of fluids and didn't have enough to do the work. Finally, I received a hard sell on a half dozen other services, all of which I declined. While I have been very happy with services in the past at this and other locations, I will not be returning. Three stars based on past visits but 1 (if that) on this one. Carlos was one of the best techs we've encountered, helping my daughter who came for her very first oil change. The car's records were all in the system, despite previous service taking place in a different state. Easy in, easy out for an oil change, 2 replacement air filters, tire rotation, and an a/c diagnosis. Thanks for an easy service!
