dalton was very nice and explained everything to me today. i didn’t know that i needed to replace a few filters in my car so im glad he mentioned that, because they definitely needed it! everyone here was very nice and i’ll definitely be back in the future

Great and friendly customer service. Answers all my questions. No pressure to buy anything extra that wasn’t needed. Have good advice and even helped tie up a loose hanging metal part under my car that needed attention.

I came in yesterday for an inspection to the Vavoline on Monroe rd. I was so impressed with their service. Issac is the Manage, Yoni was my inspector, and I have forgotten the other servicemen name . Survey Comment: From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. The mechanic that helped me was very respectful and explained extra things that needed to be done thoroughly. I work in customer service and absolutely love when I experience service like this. I came back to this location due to when I had to have an inspection for my car registration. Service was great during this inspection and this is why I returned to this location for my oil change and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I came for an oil change and NC state inspection. Isaac, Emilia, and Justyn performed the service and inspection in less than 20 minutes. I have been visiting this location a number of times and each time the customer service is excellent.

I was nervous because I got my oil changed by myself for the first time today, but everyone was very nice and knowledgeable so my nerves quickly went away. The team that worked on my car was Isaac (CSR), Carson (topside), and Anthony (bottom side). Thank you all!

I live 45 minutes away, but due to the service I get at this location it’s worth the drive 10/10 times. Isaac the Manager is upbeat, informative, knowledgeable and friendly when passing education on the vehicles specific needs and upcoming maintenance. Everyone one here had a smile on their face and truly appreciated me and the other customers that were present while I was there. Shop was clean and organized didn’t feel like i was driving into a clutter space. The teams communication with me coming in and departing as well as doing their checks was clear concise and make me feel super comfortable driving over the pit. As always thank you guys for making this process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

I was in a hurry. Thought I would try someone new rather than the dealership. Stopped by Monroe Rd location to ask price of service. I was told $114 so I agreed for service. At check out I was told $140. The guy even told the man he told me that.. I told him he should honor it because thats what I was told. He refused and said it took 8 gallons. I wouldnt have got service there because that was way more than my dealership charges! Thank goodness I had a $25 coupon. Not a very happy customer!

The cost of premium oil was $40 higher than the dealership. The person working on my car didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. He didn’t have the proper size funnel so he winged it and was initially going to try and pour the oil without a funnel at all. The manager had to lookup how to turn my oil indicator off on YouTube. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience and I won’t be back.
