Valvoline is my go-to place for my car inspections. They are efficient and friendly and get the job done quickly. There are many places to take my car, but inspections are one of Valvoline's specialties, and they have the process down.

I was greeted with a friendly smile, Deon was very professional in answering all my questions. Deon took the time to explain to me all that would be done to my vehicle. There were no surprise charges once they were done. Deon also explain to me how to reset my change oil light, and then let me know when to return for my next scheduled oil change. Deon and his crew were very courteous and professional, the best experience I've ever had for car services. I will continue to have my vehicle service there and will tell all my friends. Deon is a rare find in this industry and you guys are Blessed to have him.

gentle and nice service. wish they had informed me of any recommendations or talk about the status of car from their pov. it's cool to be educated and make the associates look more professional, as well help to build relationships with new customers. even if you are upon close, given a great service is the best way to sell. this company as coupons actives on their website, that's something great, but will be nice to have a loyalty program and get a free service after the 10th visit maybe. blessings

First-time customer, just had a really good experience here. Jonatan was very pleasant to work with, and the rest of the crew was friendly and professional as well. I was in and out quickly and never felt pressured to agree to any additional products or services. The crew communicated really clearly amongst one another throughout the service, which was comforting. They also performed a quick courtesy check of all my lights and air filters. Will definitely use them again.

Just got my oil changed & everything was smooth sailing! The staff was updating me every step of the process. I'd rate this location a 10 Star! Luis & CJ were Professional & Efficient. They respect your time & responses. I appreciated the Extra little things they checked too, like the fact that CJ ran a battery test and informed me it checked out well! I didn't have to ask! I even got to use a coupon today which made this a more budget friendly expense/investment. I am coming back here with my other vehicle very soon. They have my loyalty now!!! Not an easy thing to do nowadays. Bottom line: Impressive! Thank you guys!!!!!!!

The Valvoline location at Cotswold is where you want to go for an NC car inspection. I showed up with no one infront, the attendant pulled my car in and started the inspection. By the time I went inside to sit down only for a few seconds, I was called back to my car to pay. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. They were very professional and fast. I highly recommend taking your car here for oil changes or car inspections

Arrived Sunday at 7:55am (5 minutes before opening). All the techs were there but locked out. Waited until 8:30am and had to leave. No one came over to the 8 cars in line to explain or apologize. Obviously sucky management (no contingency plans) and bad customer service culture! Take your business elsewhere.

Came in for an safety inspection..asked the guys if i would pass..moments later.. guess I automatically failed due to tint did a quick walk thru tapping body parts. They had my hood open for a brief 10secs.. There out to get me I guess! Easy $23 Barely 30secs paid, didn’t received a bill or anything and hurried me out of the bay 1🫣. I pulled my tint off and hooped back in line waited an hr and I passed… As I left that place headed toward the highway , I almost died my hood came flying up Im still shocked 😮 Thank God my hood strut saved my life cops said I was lucky 🍀 Next time I’ll have to bring to a legit shop too shady!! I called the location to let them know a couple time but they yelled at me and hung up Liars!!! Update: Valvoline manager Luis called and denied that they did shut my hood and blamed the manufacturer for having hood fly up.. Ive been in the automotive world for 35yrs😵🤬🤷‍♂️💯 & thus far the worse place I’ve been to Ill ho back to my local Valvoline store where they can tend to my needs

I’ve been coming to this store for 4 yrs now and recently had a run in with new management name Luis who I find to be very rude and very demeaning…will not be returning back to this location again!
