I stopped by for a basic oil change and fluid top-off, and the service was excellent! The team was thorough, efficient, and professional, getting everything done quickly without any issues. It was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable incompetence. I asked for a state inspection, wiper fluid top off, and the ICU computer to be reset so the car didn't constantly give the notification "inspection due". Instead, they gave me an emissions test (?) which cost $30 - nearly the same price as a state inspection.... and would not correct their mistake. They forgot to top off the windshield wiper fluid like I asked. The computer reset was not done properly so it still gives us a notification constantly, AND they almost changed my oil without me asking for it! So, luckily I got a free oil filter. The ONLY thing they did correctly was install windshield wipers which were $60 for a pair (which they noticed). DO NOT GO HERE!

Caused $250 of damage to my vehicle and they will not take responsibility even though customer service says that the video camera recording supports that the technician caused the damage. They say that Valvoline does not support returning your car in the same working order they received it in.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I went in to get an oil change drive a Mercedes so I have the cover over the oil pan and all. I noticed once dude (tall, slim, with dreads) completed my oil change he just continued to look underneath my car. I asked twice if everything was okay. He stated yes both times. As i'm driving down the highway the cover flies from underneath my car. I called them back to let them know what happened and they immediately started giving me the run around. They had me call another office to tell them what happened and then that office had someone to call me back so I could tell them what happened. They said that they would replace my cover so I asked what information did they need and he stated none they had everything that they needed that they would order the cover and call me. 2 weeks go by no call.I called them and they told me that the cover had not been ordered because they were not sure of what size to order and had me to drive back up there so they can get the information. Another 2 weeks and no phone call so again I called them. The guy told me that the cover had been sitting there for weeks. I drove up , they supposedly put my cover back on my car. He went downstairs to go underneath my car and never appeared again.Someone came out the office and told me that the job was complete after I had been sitting there for like forty five minutes. So I'm thinking the cover was on my car. Lord I get a phone call another two weeks later to tell me that my cover was in. THEY HAD NEVER PUT THE COVER ON MY CAR! Needless to say I never returned.I just ordered my own cover and had someone to put it on at my expense. PLEASE FIND OTHER SERVICE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! And you know what's crazy not once did anyone apologize to me. Not once

Great service and crew members here! They were very fast and efficient. Went here to get my oil changed and they did great. Even offered to redo my change when they noticed I had an oil leak but recommended a place for me to pick up a new plug. A++ for service and going above and beyond with friendliness!

Excellent service! I go here every year for my car inspection. They are always so nice, even when they are super busy. They even checked my tire pressure and inflated them to the correct level at no charge.

I recently visited for an oil change, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure to explain everything clearly. Got my battery changed here and as I left my car got a Transmission Fault and the car would not shift correctly or go in reverse. I opened a claim that night and was told "we looked at cameras" with in about 15 mins of talking to the manager and it is not our fault. He stated they did not want to look at the car and advised I go to my own mechanic. I then had to get my car towed through my insurance and was told by mechanic that he did the battery reset procedures and the car is now working fine. This cost my time and money but I am most upset on the lack of customer service and accountability that was taken. I used to be a loyal customer but will not go back and do not recommend. I felt like the techs did not seem confident and noticed red flags when they were changing the battery. Unfortunately that turned out to be true. Stay far away from this place...

Here’s a possible draft for your review: I would leave zero stars I’d possible. The service was absolutely terrible. Due to the negligence of the staff, I am now facing over $2,000 in repairs. This experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Nothing is being done to help repair my vehicle nor is anyone willing to take responsibility for the damages and repairs needed. I continue to receive the run around from store manager as well as regional manager.

Professional, quick and friendly service. I was kindly made aware of the type of oil that would work best for my vehicle due its high mileage. I asked were they to check my power steering fluid they said that’s included. They even went an extra mile to suction out fluid from my power steering because it was filled beyond capacity. Overall best experience with the services given.

The staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. I had originally had my car inspected but I failed due to an engine light. After completing the needed work, I brought the car back and the team was able to get my car inspected quickly and had me back on the road.

This location caused $2400 in damages to my car and is trying to not take responsibility for it. Even though service manager Toyota PROVED it was from there work. Going for a simple oil change and them doing something to my radiator and engine. The codes don’t lie. Please read the reviews. I made a social media post about it & it got A TON of traction and people who have similar issues happen to them some even having permanent engine damage. Not to mention the workers are completely inappropriate and will do stuff to your car for not giving out your phone number. Such a shame. But good thing I do have time because I will be taking this as far as I can. Xoxo

Update- after five weeks of trying to get a hold of someone they miraculously found the right contact number the day after I posted this review. They owned up and took care of me. Still wouldn’t recommend because the hassle was not worth it. Don’t waste your time and money here. Not only are the techs completely incompetent, Valvoline and the owners of this location will not fix any damages incurred. I’ve been calling customer support since October 12th and have yet to get a response from ANYONE despite the issue being escalated several times. A cross threaded oil plug, incorrectly installed skid plate (which led to it falling off and getting damaged past the point of being reinstalled) and now the battery is dead because I haven’t been able to drive the car in over a month. Atrocious response from everyone involved.

I went to another location where they handed me my receipt stating all the things they “checked” when I knew they didn’t but I couldn’t trust them to correct things after that. I came to this location and explained to Jay what happened and he took care of things.

I went to get my oil changed and they did not put any oil in my car. Of course the engine was totaled, luckily they accepted responsibility for the issue. They took my car to Gino’s Auto Repair and got me a used engine, which wasn’t ideal, and it took about a month to get my car back. It was covered in dirt and smelled like vape btw. Really be careful and make sure you confirm everything was taken care of responsibly by the guys here.

Recently came to this shop for another oil change. I reluctantly agreed to have radiator flush also. Later that day, my car was overheating as I was traveling to rock Hill. I returned to Valvoline the next morning. They were not able to add any radiator fluid so I brought my own fluid that I had bought several years ago at Kmart. The team added radiator fluid I brought. Discussing this incident later with the manager, Luke, he said none of the team actually are required to have any certifications. But they encourage the team members to take advanced training. Luke says there was nothing done wrong. He reviewed the videotapes of the incident and found that everything was right. Of course, everything was not all right because there wasn’t enough radiator fluid in the car to keep it safely running. Luke did not suggest that they would improve their process at all. The customer care line did send me a coupon for my next oil change for 20% off, to reimburse me for the fluid that I had brought on my own. I believe you may be safe getting an oil change here. But I would not suggest any advanced services.

If you’re paying with cash, bring exact change. You can’t get cash back here. Are we supposed to tip mechanics???? My bill was $93, I gave them $100 and then they told me to have a good day and never gave me my change back.
