Do not use! Went in November for oil change. Recently used the windshield wiper fluid they provided and my entire windshield froze. Thank god I was sitting in a parking lot and not on the highway. Having never had this happen before in my life, I called, told them what happened and asked what product they used and if it contained antifreeze agents. Instead of offer to replace it, I got a lecture on the difference between antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid. Grrrr. If you've recently had your fluids topped off here, beware, the next three days are barely above freezing. Do not use your windshield wiper fluid while driving!

DO NOT USE this location!. Stay away!!! The staff is extremely rude and they try to sell you items you do not need. The guy told me it’s required to have new windshield wipers to pass inspection…NOT true. Same guy said I need a new battery…FALSE again. Next lie was your check engine light is on…there is no check engine light on. After leaving these yahoos, I went to Auto Zone to check the battery and was told the battery is perfect. Go to the one on Randolph Road. ALWAYS very professional, courteous and have NEVER tried to sell me on something unnecessary or untrue.

On 3 separate visits over 6 months I was told that they are unable to perform an oil change bc the Holman/ARI system is down. Each time I was able to drive to a different Valvoline and have the oil change completed.

I smile at the memory of getting this oil change. Geoff can do it, but with a discount coupon it made more sense to go to Valveline. The staff were delightful - capable, fast, and fun.

Came here for an oil change and NC inspection on a Saturday morning. Service was quick and friendly at a fair price. We had a coupon they honored and were treated with respect when we declined additional services, we'll be back.

Do yourself a favor and go see Max, Chloe, and Tyler at Valvoline on Montford Blvd, Charlotte, NC. This is the only place I’m ever going for oil changes from here on out. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I drove away, this team was polite and courteous and super efficient with their service. Their exceptional customer service blew me away and I just need to let the people know!

Was there on 9/21. Looking at other reviews I see a trend here. Broke off my skid plate bolts and didn't even bother to bolt them on or let me know. When I noticed they finished rather quickly I asked top side tech if they were finishing below and assured me it was. Not even 1/4 mile down the road I hear noises and find out they lied and did not install plates properly. Went back and manager added a temporary fix. Filed a complaint and said I would get email and call within 2 days. Lied about that as well. I just want my skid plates properly secured with the correct fasteners and left in original condition. Crazy the amount we pay for this kind of service. Guess next step is small claims court.

I came here on 7-16 to put air on my tires , on 7-18 all four of my tires almost exploded , they put 48 on each tires pressure ! My car can only hold 35 !

Elijah and his 2 person crew are rock stars. They are extremely short staff and tired but they maintain a professional atmosphere and curious service. I'd gladly wait again 40 minutes for an oil change to receive excellent customer service. I DO RECOMMEND this company even with a wait time.

I drive for work and sometimes have to go an hour or more one way. My AC was busted and I was dying in this heat wave. Literally dropping dead every evening from heat exhaustion. These guys saved my life by fixing my AC at a very reasonable price and being friendly and accommodating during my whole visit. I now have my new favorite maintenance shop for my beloved little truck. 10/10 recommend!

It was great and a pleasure to meet the people who do an excellent job by teamwork and their store manager was very caretaker and honest Man even he gives 30 dollars off on my oil and no shop can do that for anyone unless someone like this manager who cares about his customers deeply and I am glad to stop bye and looking forward to go back for next oil change so thank you guys for your outstanding service and may God bless you all brother's

Absolutely avoidable mistake- will not be going back. I had my oil changed yesterday and they did not bolt the metal plate on the bottom of my car when done. On a road trip today with my three month old daughter, it started dragging the ground and became bent and we were no longer able to safely drive it. To make matters worse, as they were changing it yesterday, I was chatting with an employee. I told him that about 5 years ago I had my oil changed at a different location and the team did not bolt the metal plate back. The following day- I went on a road trip, the plate dragged the ground and I had to have my car towed. He made a big deal about how it would never happen here and how he hopes they paid for the tow and how I would be taken care of. To the benefit of the employee I was talking to, he was not the one that changed my oil. But it made the situation all the worse that I had just told him the story and the same mistake happened. Again, totally avoidable and honestly just ignorant mistake to make and a huge inconvenience to my family.

Misleading pricing. I have used a Groupon every time and this is the first time they charged me for taxes on my Groupon. Thankfully, many other oil change places nearby.
