Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently noticed my blinker flashing and new I needed the bulb replaced. My husband made an appointment at Stephen GMC but when I got there the woman behind the counter was NOT pleasant. I decided to hit up the auto parts store but they are not allowed to go in the trunk, but recommended I try Valvoline. The gentleman came out to the car to offer assistance. I wasn't sure if they did that type of work but he assured me they do and directed me into bay one. I was in and out under 10 minutes. They were professional and kind and I can't recommend them enough. I'll be back. Shout out to the woman at advance auto parts as well. Also probably saved me atleast $90. Thank you

The gentlemen who serviced my vehicle this evening showed fantastic customer service. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely get my oil changed there again. Great job guys!

Courteous, professional and even included the small crush washer that Subaru requires at each oil change. I figured they would not do this and to my happy surprise, they did it. Will definitely be back.

Crazy quick service. Educational as they moved along. You stay right in your car. Great team of gentlemen. I felt like this was an operating room for cars! Highly recommend.

I always change my own oil. I was feeling lazy and went down here to see what the difference would be. I have a little Hyundai Accent 4 cylinder that takes 4 Quarts of oil. I buy 5 Quarts of Full Synthetic and a Fram Toughgaurd filter at Walmart for $34 total. Valvoline looked me dead seriously in my eyes and said "$110 for a Synthetic Oil Change." Lmao.... I'll head on down to Walmart and have enough for another 2 oil changes, well into another 14,000 miles.

I have been a customer for a long time and have always liked the service and its practicality. But yesterday the service and the work done were terrible. First I want to talk about how I was treated in this store, at first I was treated very well, until I started to reject the extra work offered like gas that goes into the AC, oil that goes into the wheel if I'm not mistaken and the person who was talking to me every Every time I said no he said "your car might break down" while the oil change service was being done... out of nowhere smoke started coming out in front of my car and I realized that the employees were a little worried. I just watched... no one came to tell me anything about what was happening, the smoke continued for a long time and the oil change took longer than normal. When the guy who was assisting me told me the total, I said I had a $15 discount coupon, he simply acted in a way he wasn't happy with, like taking the card quickly from the card machine. He didn't ask if I wanted the receipt printed or by email, he simply said it would be sent to my email, out of nowhere he arrived with the receipt and the new sticker attached to the receipt. I thanked him for the service and the only thing that was answered was "YEP" no more than that. When I got home the front of my car was still smoking and the smoke was so bad that I can't put the car in the garage and it's been 24 hours and I still can't put it in due to the smoke coming out of the hood of the car. Today I took a friend of mine to look at the car and see what was happening and he showed me what happened, they simply spilled oil everywhere and when the engine heats up it starts to burn, meaning you have to wash the entire front part inside the car to I can remove this oil because I can't put the car in the garage and you want to breathe inside the car with the smell of burning oil. I do not recommend this store and will not return. Thank you for the stress you gave me and the extra time and money I have to spend.

It used to be excellent. I've been a Valvoline customer for many years. I like it because I don't have to get out of my car and the oil change is instantaneous. But the last three times I've gone I feel like it's not the same anymore. Workers are limited to only offering the oil change service and not what Valvoline offers. Today for example my day light and blinker are not working and I asked the guy to change it and he told me that they couldn't do it. So now I have to go find another place that does it and it bothers me because I chose to go to Valvoline exactly so I don't have to go to several places because I thought they were going to change it, because in the past they used to give me that service.

April '24 Update: 7 cars, 12 years. I don't know how the business model is profitable. It doesn't cost much more than doing the oil change yourself and depending on coupons it may end up cheaper. Not to mention the free washer fluid, tire pressure check, and generally great service. Great value and very helpful staff. Thank you Bristol valvoline! I've been going to this Valvoline for nearly 10 years with 5 different cars. I've recommended friends and family throughout the years. My current car still uses conventional oil so the price difference between a self-change and coming here is about $10. Well worth the convenience and the checkup on all other fluids, maintenance, and lights. 5/5 will continue to get my oil changes here for years to come.

Fastest oil change ever. Came on a Monday and it was packed but when I returned on Tuesday they had me in and out! I always have good service here and they don’t pressure you too much into buying the additional service which I appreciate.

This was the smoothest oil change I’ve ever had. When I tell you I was shook how fast an oil change can be, and they offered coupons. I was helped by Brandon and Gabe, they were super nice and professional. They showed me the entire process and I will be coming here more. Thank you to the crew at valvoline.
