I've gone here a few times. The people are nice but they are definitely slow. There have been a few times I sat there forever. It's kid of frustrating.

I get my car's oil changed at this location fairly regularly. They're always professional and, when necessary, patient with my questions. They went out of their way to take a look at my windshield washer and were able to make a quick, minor repair. Keep up the good work! 😊

Well I have been their three times and it shows that they hear to respond instead of listening to understand. Twice when I pulled in and greeted the tech I told them I wanted my car sticker to be set 5000 miles later and both times they gave me one for 3000 miles out. They don’t listen. Other than that I was alright with their service. Prob will not go back.

I have been to other places even other Valvoline shops where they could not do my transmission fluid. Thanks to Michael and his crew being certified they could complete the job successfully and in good time.

I cannot give the team over here enough stars. What a top-notch and professional group. I am traveling for work in Boise and have a trip with several hours on the road ahead of me. My rental car was saying that the oil has not been changed for 6200 miles. It freaked me out so I stopped here and asked if they could help me determine the oil levels, as I know that you shouldn’t do any maintenance on rental cars. Unfortunately, these newer cars don’t have dipsticks! Luckily, this awesome team knew how to help and determine that the oil looked good and was full. They did so with such, great attitudes and a willingness to help that I swear I would move to Boise because of this experience alone!

I had one bad experience at a mechanic and ever since i’ve feared being overcharged and mistreated. but i’ve NEVER had to fear abt it here! super polite, friendly guys that are always willing to explain to me the issue and let me know what’s going on, got helped out by two guys earlier today who just made me feel a lot better about my car. definitely will be coming back!

Rustin and crew turned us into real Valvoline fans. After getting our oil changed during our road trip at a questionable place and having our oil cap fall off, Rustin and team went the extra mile to investigate and make sure was in tip top shape before we left. We are so grateful for the extra care and kindness of the Valvoline team led by Kobe at this location!

The oil change was completed, but there were some missed items such as checking the windshield fluid, radiator fluid, steering, and the air. These are key features that I specifically wanted them to address.

The wait was short. Prices are fine. They were totally OK with using my provided OEM drain plug gasket. Those are the pluses. I was incredible offput with the rest though. They recommended that I change wiper blades when I just swapped them out myself a couple of weeks ago. There were three different guys whirling around and yelling in code around my vehicle and barking orders at me like I was some sort of captive prisoner. They checked the transmission fluid but then marked it as sealed, meaning that they are completely fine falsifying records. Nothing in this whole world could seem more like a weird back alley dance battle of oily homeless con men after drinking way too much coffee. I have no confidence in this location whatsoever, and would really struggle to recommend this chaos to anyone.

The guys were nice enough but they left a rag sitting on my engine and didn't bother filling up the tires, even though I specifically asked. So what else wasn't done properyly?

I was told they accept customer until 5pm on Sundays. I got off work and made it over there before 5pm barely and they turned us away. "The till and compressor was already pulled." I am thoroughly frustrated because I was assured if we were in line before 5, the vehicle would be serviced even If It put them after 5pm. The whole business was closed when we pulled in, doors and all. The employee argued stating, "they were closed & the Overland location is open", for about half the time It would have taken them to complete the oil change. I understand it's annoying when people come in near close, but we all have busy lives and you're technically open until 5pm. You should honor your business hours and stop shifting blame to the customers. It makes me wonder if the higher ups know they're closing early and losing money at this location. Wasted gas and time.
