Super easy to get in an out of. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I love that they have a routine that they follow. For them, I assume that it eliminates errors and for the customer, it provides a little peace of mind.

This visit was not for an oil change, but to replace a tail light that had burned out. I watched a YouTube video on how to do the replacement, but didn’t own the necessary tools. Stopped at Valvoline (who has done a great job changing my oil in the past) and a friendly employee coordinated the tail light replacement with other staff, the tail light was replaced quickly, and i was charged a fair price. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend doing more research and taking your vehicles to a shop that has actual trained and experienced employees... These guys do not take accountability for their mistakes, which happen in any business, but to try and put the blame on you instead. My 2015 BMW x5 was serviced and they stripped the threads on my oil pan and put a butterfly valve in and said I need to have it fixed. The manager who claims "this just happens over time" should not be in a management position. They now refuse to service my vehicle after the ruined my oil pan and I'll be left to fix the issue with no compensation. Let my mistake be a lesson to anyone in a hurry trying to get an oil change before a trip last minute. I wouldn't put my faith in these guys even with a lawnmower.

The employees were all very nice and informative. They did my oil change very quickly and offered me extras they thought I actually needed to get done on my car, like the air filter and windshield wipers without being pushy about it. Very helpful and good hearted guys. Would recommend and will be returning!

This is for this site (Apple St) specifically. For context- I normally do my own work, but been travelling a lot this past month. I went to a valvoline 4 weeks ago for an oil change and it was $100.54. Fast forward 4 weeks and Apple St Valvoline charges me OVER 60% MORE for the exact same service. When I ask why, I get blank stares, shrugged shoulders, and the excuse matrix. They asked if I had a coupon and i told them no. They asked if I had a discount and I told them 'military' bit didn't ask for it today, and likely forgot last time. They have a 15% here and didn't apply it, even after reminding them four times i was military, having my ID in my hand, and having DV plates on my truck. Watching them, I questioned the volume they added and was told it was correct. (Basically, I was wrong and the volume was fine) I asked for a level check, and surprise! I was 3-4 quarts low. Assuming 3 Stars is average, we'll start at 3 +1 for at least being polite, even in their ignorance and apathy to my questions about their pricing. +1 for the 'hope' they put in a quality product which is also the correct product. -1 for being over 60% more than other Vavolines. -1 for not applying the military discount that YOU offered me. -1 for the fill level debacle AND spilling a significant amount of oil on my engine block with no cleanup. -1 for the indifference/apathy during the concerns of a (now ex-) loyal customer. So.... 3+2-4=1. One Star. Math checks out, even for those who think math is racist.
