CJ and the team were fast and super professional. We had just gotten off work and were happy to discover that they were open until 7 pm so we could get our oil change taken care of. They got us in and out quickly. We appreciated their friendly service!

Did a good oil service recheck oil after they're done and they overfill your oil and need drained out or to ruin your engine so I went back and had them recheck and remove the excess oil

An attempt to call the store to understand the current wait time failed because I was directed to a corporate office. I ended up waiting 30 minutes at the store. Please provide a method to determine current wait times!

Everyone here is always friendly & helpful. I get efficient service & feel confident in everyone’s ability to get my car all dialed in. I honestly don’t know much about cars but the employees always make everything clear & make sure I’m well informed!

Mr. CJ did not want the top my oil off when the dipstick was clearly showing low. He said I’ll let you do that. I said I don’t mind paying for it had me sitting for about 15 minutes so the oil could drain into the pan after I sat there, same situation Truck still needed oil. He made me pay for additional oil which I didn’t mind. His customer service is horrible.

Needed an oil change while traveling in the Idaho area. Appreciated the friendly demeanor of all three of the employees I came into contact with. They worked quickly to service my vehicle, answer my questions, and get me back on the road. Appreciated the fact that they didn't high pressure me on any other services that they offered. I would definitely use this location for servicing my vehicle if I am in this area again. Was a very positive experience!!

They do not carry the oil and filter for my car, so I brought my own. They drained and refilled my oil and spun the new filter on. They did not check brake fluid,radiator, ATF, tires, or lights but charged 40 dollars, does this sound like service or value?

I have always enjoyed the service at Valvoline, the employees are very friendly and great to work with. I came in with a last minute oil change a while back, they didn't have the oil filter I needed in stock but they went above and beyond to get it and make things right. I appreciate you!

I have been coming here for a couple of years. Fast and efficient service. No pressure to do additional services. They give you the options and leave it at that. Even gave me a coupon since forgot mine at home.

The Valvoline off Eagle & Ustick is great! Jake has amazing customer service and his crew took great care of my car, oil, and windshield wiper. They are great and always happy to help!
