Normally good oil service at Valvoline you got to make sure you check your oil afterwards make sure they don't overfill it

I haven't been to this particular Valvoline location in a long time, for various reasons. When I drove in, they were beyond professional & courteous. My cal was long overdue but they answered all of my questions, and were NOT pressuring me into buying extra stuff. I genuinely appreciate them and what the manager is doing to ramp up business. Thank you guys!

We recommended your services to my sister-in-law. She brought her PT Cruiser in and asked for a new battery. She heard the technicians say that they were not sure they had the right battery for her car. They installed the one they had. Every few days, she would go out and the battery was dead. I would put a charger on it and the n next week, same problem. I finally went to a parts store and paid $200 for the right battery for her vehicle. She has had no problems since.

Ever since Einsteins changed over to Valvoline, service has been terrible and I confirmed it this last and final time I went there. There’s no reason I should have to ask for my tire pressure to be checked when that is supposed to be part of the service. And then for the employee to lie and say, “oh, I think they did” when I was literally watching the entire time really struck a chord. They didn't check my lights, they didn’t test my battery, and they didn’t reset my oil change light. I’m 100 percent confident they do not perform an 18-point maintenance check on most vehicles as I also watched them work on the car next to mine. They are charging more and doing bare minimum work. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I am able to sit in my vehicle while my car is being serviced and I know what they are doing and they give me updates. They are nice and friendly and let me know what needs fixed even when they are fixing other things.

Terrific customer service, efficient and professional. I have NEVER in all my many years had my air filter behind the glove compartment for interior air checked. I didn't even know there was such a thing, and it was gross! I'm so happy to have a new one.

I took my car to valvoline for 3 years thinking they were checking and filling my transmission untill they told me there was no dip stick they couldn’t do anything! Funny jiffy live had no problem also had my radiator fluid flushed and changed all my engine lights came on that day for a year I tried to get them to fix it. They called the police on me all the codes showed issues with my fluid they refused to address it! SMH $12k car ruined by paying them to service it! Thanks for nothing and the manager at this location is the worst liar 🤥

Not sure if they were all having a bad day but they are not like any of the other Valvoline I've gone to. They all talk like they were upset there was no welcome or have a good day or anything like that I don't need to go back there again.

Pulled up early before opening and the guys opened the door a few minutes before 7:30 to get me in. Oil change went perfect and I was driving away by 7:43. Each one of them was super friendly and they made sure to explain everything clearly and told me “this looks good I wouldn’t even be concerned” so I knew they weren’t pushing sales. Checked my lights and everything for me as well. Thanks!
