I have been going here for years! Service has always been 110% in all aspects! Everyone is always helpful and courteous. Oil changes are fast and efficient. Products I've purchased last a long time. Very satisfied, I'll continue to go here for my vehicles and refer family & friends.

I usually have a great experience here. This time was not. Waited 25min to he told that they don't have cash. That I'd have to pay exact or card only. Only to be told I'm not allowed to have my transmission serviced because it's high mileage. Which is ridiculous. It needs transmission fluid, but the team who specializes in fluid exchanges doesn't have proper tools to do a drain and fill on a Volvo. I give up. And ask to have my wipers exchanged, to be told I can only buy the premium wipers. I agree, then was told they were out of stock. This place needs a manger. And valvoline as a brand needs to re evaluate hiw they handle high mileage cars, and make some exceptions or give access to exceptions foe these supposed rules. I won't be back here and I've been coming here for 2 yrs.

They broke my wife's radiator line then tried to say it must have been old to avoid paying to fix it. Do not get your oil changed here I wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible management. Made my wife feel insignificant

I was greeted by the guys as I pulled into the bay and everything went smoothly told me what was recommended changed my cabin air filter and got me on the road.

Sooooo slow. Takes about 45 minutes per oil change whenever I go. Drain oil, replace filter, and add new oil. 10-15 minutes top process

They forgot to put air in my tires. They were very nice but they seemed rushed so the person kept walking away from my bay to assist with others. I assume that's why they forgot to put air and also had to double check if I had my oil changed. Nice people though.

Excellent experience, found a coupon online for 20% off and the staff was exemplary. 10/10 recommended. You won’t be disappointed. Timmy dotted his I’s and crossed his T’s. Good man. I apologize for how dirty my window is.
