I have not had an issue here until yesterday. First i will say that the staff is very friendly and you can usually find a coupon online. That being said, yesterday after I drove away from a simple oil change my car started wigging out, like every single system's warning light came on. I brought it back and they couldn't figure out what happened so I took it to the mechanic and he couldnt figure it out either. All the warning lights finally stopped, but then my low tire pressure light came on. Like for every tire. I know nothing about cars but it seemed like possibly one of the sensors got tampered with accidentally and triggered all of the other sensors. That's just my very uneducated theory 😅 but seems really strange for that to happen right after the oil change when they've been poking around to check all the tire pressure, filters, etc, and I have never had that issue before (honda with only 35,000 miles). Anyway, I'm a little hesitant to go back but as I said before, previously I've not had any issues so I will probably just chalk this up to strange coincidence and hope for the best next time.

Valvoline on White Lane is my go to for all my vehicles for oil changes. To include my Ford F250 Diesel truck. Very courteous and professional staff. Wait in your vehicle and Technician communicates with you. I highly recommend Valvoline.

The service is pretty good.The customer service is nice. The only thing absolutely annoying is when you guys check the tire pressure, and you never screw on the air caps back tight. I can't even tell you how many times I left from getting an oil change from you guys and my air caps go missing. Beware and make sure your air caps are tight as soon as you leave this place or ask them to ensure they are on properly. They're always a quarter of a way twisted on.

I went there yesterday for an oil change and new air filters and it was a pleasant experience. They replaced screws on my skid plate for free that I didn’t know were missing and everyone was very polite

They need to do a better job cleaning up under my vehicle after they remove the old oil filter. The last 2 times I had my vehicle serviced they failed to clean the oil off the underside of my vehicle and when I got home and drove it the next morning I noticed oil spots on my driveway. Both times I went back the next morning and they corrected it. They need to clean the underside of all vehicles with brake clean or solvent before the customers leave. I have both of my vehicles serviced at the White Lane location in Bakersfield. I will have my vehicles serviced somewhere different from now on.

Overfilled oil. Never checked tire pressure after reassuring me they would. Went to tire store directly after oil change. My pressure was 30/35. 5 below in each tire.

On 08/31/2024, I was blessed to come for a much overdue oil change for my secondary car. I was kindly greeted by Michael who made sure that I was in the correct line as I waiting to be serviced. I was then approached by an exceptional Manager named Bernie who provided me with value able information pertaining to my car’s needs and functions. Bernie could probably tell that I don’t speak mechanic lingo because he effortlessly used verbiage that he could tell I would be able to comprehend in order for me to fully understand what services are being recommended. I left feeling like I actually ACCOMPLISHED something so shout out to the Valvoline team at 6501 White Lane!!

Sat in wait line for an hour before service,,several cars in other 2 lanes came in behind us and were serviced before us,,our truck had no other issues than an routine oil change....manager got sassy with me when I discussed some inconvenience compensation....$5 off,,whoopee....ruined my responsibility timing for the rest of the day!!

Took forever to get my car back & they overcharged me because they knew I couldn’t leave without getting new tires my front tires had the wires showing so they charged me way more than what the tires I bought cost
