Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Monica broke the filter hose didn’t even tell me she broke it, I drove my car for the following 4 days and my car feels forced passing 40 mph. Finally I decide to open the hood to try to see what’s happening. I see the hose that covers the filter its broken I go to Valvoline and speak to Aaron the manager and says he will do an investigation goes to check cameras five minutes later he comes out and says we didn’t even touch that part, 1- That day they took the filter out and put it on top of the windshield the way they always do when they complete the oil changes and they suggest it needs a new one when it needs one. 2- the receipt that was emailed to me says it was checked. 3- I thought that every time we get the oils change that check up for the filter was completed. 4- a few months back the oil stick was broken and the worker informed and and he replaced it. 5- I have four cars that I always would take to valvoline to get the oil changed, it cost me $35 to replace the part, okay what makes me upset is that Aaron made an investigation in five minutes and then lies to me telling me that they didn’t check this filter. I was a loyal customer for 4 of my cars and this shows me how much they value their customers.

Scammers. Damage one oil hose of my car refuse to pay the damage. the manager was really dishonest about the damage he just told me in the end of the day I have to running a business ( don’t got to this place the don’t take care of the costumer I be loyal costumer for the last 4 years)

you suck oil out thru dip stick and leave sedament in pan, piss poor way to change oil, i understand why u do it, so u dont get blamed for stripped out drain plugs would be my guess. And last time i was there, charged me 80 for radiator flush and all u did was suck out radiator resevoir. Don t know how u stay in busness, Wont ever be back!!

I don't know the quality of the oil used. I took the car in september (2024), but have to take it again in January (2025). Fast service.

I like to go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change because I trust Valvoline products and the service staff seem knowledgeable about how best to take care of my Audi. On my last visit there were several cars in line and the technician seemed to hurry through the process without suggesting any additional service my car needed. I don't like to be 'upsold', but at the same time I want to know if something is wearing out or is due for maintenance. I will definitely keep using Valvoline Instant Oil Change.

Hit or miss. I liked this place for the most part, never strayed me wrong. Went earlier today and immediately left and got a tire pressure warning. My car had no issues whatsoever regarding the tire pressure, but then I go and get serviced and immediately get negative results from my tire pressure? Why touch it if it’s not broken or low? If you like to spend 100 dollars and walk away with more issues than you had before, i completely recommend. I understand for the most part this business was just trying to help but now my plans have changed to figure out what the new issue is i have to fix. Will be doing my changes at home now, thank you.

It was pleasent,and they told me that the company I have used exclusively since I bought my truck in 2007,had silicone my oil pan and never told me. I was greatly appreciative for that info.

The attentiveness and througoughness of the whole experience. When I asked about certain things like engine filter and windshield wipers and was given honest answers. Will definitely be coming again!

Worst experience I've had at an instant oil change by far! Waited for almost an hour on the left lane while the right lane moved 3 cars out. Told the worker how frustrated I was already at waiting almost an hour and if he could move me to the right lane since I've been waiting and he said the next vehicle also had a full tuneup-up to do and the vehicle i was behind still had at least another 30 mins to go because they were trying to fix some leak from the engine compartment. High tailed out of there and I'll just ne dropping off my car at the dealership to get it serviced instead of wasting my time here!

Siempre he sido cliente de Valvoline. Pero fui a este lugar y pz le hicieron cambio de aceite del motor y la transmisión y lo rotularon según ellos Para en la tarde mi carro estaba dándome problemas con un sonido en la parte trasera cuando corre la Verda no volveré a. Ese lugar. Solo tomen en cuenta si visitan este lugar asegúrense que sus aucto quede bien. Porque eyos nose hacen responsables aparte ni el comprobante te dan Solo te dicen el cual es el presión

I went in for an oil change and decided to have my transmission fluid drained, flushed and replaced. They completed it all in approximately 20 minutes. I like being able to stay in my vehicle during the Quick Service. They have a special if you ask which is about 20 or 25% off.

I got a small oil leak but after driving for 2 days I was already low on oil, I got scammed. I put my own oil and my oil level has been fine this past 7 days.

Sense the very first time when I pulled up and asked them to air up the tires only. And they were more than helpful! I've gone back since, and had the oil changed along with transmission fluid!
