I took my car in for an oil change and to top off coolant. Caps were not tightened properly and my car is now damaged. They do not want to take responsibility for the damage done and now taking to small claims court and now have to pay out of pocket almost $1,300.00 to have it fixed by a licensed mechanic. I do not recommend going here in case something like this happens to your car.

When I arrived there were several cars. But glad they were paying attention on who arrived first. Like always the process was done in a timely manner 👌🏼. I’m definitely going back every time my vehicle needs service. And ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to valvoline for the training on their staff.

Mr. John R. demonstrated exceptional customer service during his interaction with me. He provided detailed explanations at a measured pace, ensuring my thorough understanding of the matter at hand. A few years ago, an individual servicing my cabin filter inadvertently left the glove compartment disassembled. Consequently, it has been swinging open ever since. Mr. John R. located one of the missing components and successfully reinstalled it, resolving the issue. It is noteworthy that this is the first time such a comprehensive repair has been performed during my visits to your establishment, despite the fact that the initial oversight occurred on your premises. I have consistently mentioned this issue to your staff. I am delighted that Mr. John R. has been assigned to this location on North Chester Avenue. My experience with him was exceptionally positive, and I sincerely hope that he remains a permanent member of your team so that others may benefit from his exceptional expertise, care, and patience.

I brought my car here twice for an oil change. First time was ok. Second time i was pushed to buy several items which I felt the car needed. After the service my car started acting strange. Lights coming on and car not running right. I took my vehicle to the dealership. They discovered that during service here, my service function indicator light was not reset and that the incorrect plug and oil filter was not used. They could have destroyed my car and nearly did. I am out alot of money for LYFT and rentals. They were polite and fast. I am sorry but I can’t come back.

After reading all these reviews. I decided to do my own oil change 😮‍💨 I did go to Val voline on Columbus once and they stripped my drain plug 🔩 🤦‍♂️ me n my bro had to replace the whole oil pan
