The guys here are super awesome! I’m always greeted with a warm and friendly smile, they don’t over recommend products or act too pushy. When they do recommend and offer products they go into detail to explain why, and it makes sense. I tried to get my oil done somewhere else because this place was closed that day, and I had a horrible experience, so brought it here when they opened and I was in and out in no time. Ziggy took care of me, put the oil I specifically requested, and the man changing my oil showed me the clean good oil before I ever paid. That’s how great customer service is done! I will continue to come back here.

I’ve visited Valvoline Express Care twice for service on my car and to address other issues, and both experiences have been fantastic. The team is very professional and always takes the time to clearly explain what’s wrong with my vehicle and what it needs. Fidel, in particular, provides excellent customer service, always attentive and willing to answer all my questions. I will definitely return when it’s time for my next oil change. Highly recommended!

Came in for an oil change and was quickly approached and helped. The technicians there were very knowledgeable and explained the condition of my engine oil and offered some maintenance services which I will be back to get. Would highly recommend!!

Ziggy was very helpful with our oil change. Very attentive and knowledgeable of our car and it’s needs. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a simple oil change, coolant flush, brake flush, etc. SOMEONE GIVE ZIGGY A PROMOTION ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an issue after getting service there that started showing up a day later. I called, went back, and they admitted their mistake. Resolved the issue. So why 5 stars?... That showed INTEGRITY! I've come here since my last review and wanted to mention that Fidel is the guy to see. He knows what he's doing. Definitely ask for him when you go there! And I will go back there again.

I originally had an appointment with another mechanic shop, but unfortunately they were not open to honor my scheduled appointment. So I proceeded to Valvoline Express Care. Here I was approached by employee Isaiah. He welcomed me with enthusiasm and assisted me with all my vehicle's. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I was aware of all the needs of my vehicle and made sure the job was done efficiently and diligently. Because of his knowledge, assurance and willingness to help, I will be returning and recommending others. Great job Isaiah!

Spent $80 for the synthetic oil change. You can buy synthetic oil at walmart, valvoline brand for $20. Did I really pay $60 labor for an oil change? Yes I did and I asked for a breakdown of the fees. I was told this isn't a grocery store. After the oil change I noticed thar they didn't replace my car-underneath-engine-shield and it was scraping on the ground. Wouldn't recommend for the price or service

This place is amazing the people that work there are just wonderful... The guys kept me in the loop with every lil thing they were doing to my car. They told me what I needed to do right away or what needed to be done later . The guys are very educated on their cars . They know their stuff . The next day my daughter went for her oil change. Although it was a little bit of a drive it was definitely worth it and not to mention cheaper and I had a coupon..
