This was a busy location and my synthetic oil change and inspection was fine, however, for $175... You would expect that my wiper fluid, etc...would be full. It wasn't and they also forgot about my inspection and went to lunch...so I had to wait an hour until they came back. Mistakes happen...but when I called about the fluids missing... They could have cared less. Noted.

DO NOT DO NC INSPECTION HERE! I took my car to do NC inspection and they failed me for window tint charged me $22 for it. I knew it was BS so I turned around and took the car to Toyota dealership and it passed. I had to waste 2 more hours to get this reinspected and caused me great frustration and inconvenience, I was not treated right! I used to get my car serviced here every time. I will never come back here!

I visited this Valvoline location on Saturday for an oil change but had to return on Monday after a warning message appeared on Sunday ("A/C off due to high engine temp"). During my return visit, the gentleman in management identified an oil leak. For a second opinion, I made an appointment with a Chevrolet service center, where it was confirmed that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly. While the Chevrolet dealership did not attribute the coolant-related warning message directly to the oil filter issue, the situation was still frustrating as it resulted in additional inconvenience and expense. I want to commend the gentleman in management at this Valvoline location for his professionalism and willingness to address the warning message during my return visit. He was polite and helpful, which I appreciated. This experience highlights a need for improved training or quality control to prevent such mistakes. While I valued the positive interaction with management, the inconvenience of two visits and the extra cost at the dealership were disappointing.

I get Valvoline coupons in the mail all the time for discounts on oil changes. This location will not accept them. They say the coupons come from Valvoline corporate and they are not a corporate location (i.e., I guess they are franchised instead?) I don't care. This distinction does not matter to me. The coupon says Valvoline oil change and their sign says Valvoline oil change and it is maddening that they won't take these coupons. To make matters worse, they are rude and dismissive when I ask them about the coupons like this is MY fault. I will never patronize them again.

I have been coming here for many year. David is one of the best in the business of getting you in and out for an oil change. He has always giving me great advise for repairs to my vehicles, even if it was to recommend another local business that did a great job as well. I plan to use David for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend him to anyone. Trust me you will be pleased.

I really like this place, especially when I go there for a state check and for other automotive related issues. They don't share information or contacts if they can't do the job, which is a very good thing.

My go to place for oil changes, inspections, and tires. After five years, they have never let me down. They always provide quick friendly service, and their prices on tires, even the special ones that I order from Michelin, Goodyear, or Continental, are the best. Highly recommended!

We love going to Valvoline for our oil changes, inspections, and any tire needs that we may have. The staff there is always friendly, knowledgeable, fast and affordable. I have never gone there and left where I didn’t feel happy and feel like I was treated like I was an important customer to them. Every time! I recommend Valvoline to everyone! You will not be dis-satisfied.

Not friendly, talked over me when explaining an issue with my car, didn’t feel valued as a customer, definitely will NOT be back. Being new to the area, I chose the location because it’s close to my home. So, they lost a potential customer for other services. I don’t recommend….
