I drove out here for a smog check based on Groupon. Groupon app says the place is open till 6:00 p.m. on Fridays, Google says 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. At 4:20 p.m. when I arrive, the place is closed.

I went to have a smog on 84 Jeep.3/14/24 I am a former customer of over 6 yrs. I have 3 vehicles and have had them all smog there for the last 6 yrs, I have had excellent service until today. I arrived at 4:00 pm and I was only customer . They quoted me $109.00 Previously I paid $55.00 . My problem is that while I was waiting 2 customers came in and I noticed that they came and left. I went to check on my vehicle and the mechanic told me that he was handling the cars that took less time. I might have accepted that if some one have explain the situation . I told the mechanic that that’s poor customer service and needs to work on it. He said that’s the way was. Jess Diaz

Employees are friendly. We visit this location with all of our vehicles. They keep records and make suggestions. There is no pressure for upsale. I would give 5-Stars, but the last time we visited we had to come back. The location was waiting for their oil "replenishment" to get there for servicing. I'm not sure if that was a management issue and proper inventory or a stock issue feom the supplier. When we retuened, the oil change was quick and they checked other fluids and we were on our way. Great service, overall I'd recommend coming here. That's why we do, and with all of our vehicles, as I mentioned prior. (We have 4)

THIS PLACE IS SHADY! NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEFTS WORK HERE. They will take your money and fix an issue just to break something else so they can charge you to fix what they broke. You outta be ashamed of yourselves, I have video proof that this shop is lying.

I needed to smog my car and the amazing and friendly staff were helpful and took my car right away. In and out in under 20 minutes! I will be returning when I need work on my car again.

Not sure how I feel. Hose on PS fixed and a week later it it is leaking again. Now they are saying it is the boot leading to the rack and Pinon. Plus the heater hose is leaking. And the icing ... they said they would top off my antifreeze, but my light says they did not.

Super fast and easy oil changes! Drive in and just sit in your vehicle. They come right to the window and do everything from a pit underneath the building. They're done in minutes! I even bring my truck here for smog checks. Affordable and professional, Mike is great!

This place came highly recommended to me, and I drove out of my way to go here to make sure I got the best oil change and smog check. I called at 3:30 to ask if they could do that, also if I had time...lady who answered said yes, for sure, only take about 30 mins. I drive there from the other side of Fresno and this guy seemed visibly agitated I was in front of the open gate to go in. I move my car and it's the worker, who says they're closed. It was 5pm almost on the dot, and the sign said 6pm closing, the woman on the phone said 6pm, and now he's saying it's closed at 5pm? He said, "well, someone must have left or told you wrong." Well, I am not coming back. I went elsewhere.

This place is great as holiday around corner and everyone is traveling I couldn’t find any oil change I needed asap in fresno everyone was booked week out and I happen to travel same day. Luckily I came to this place it was quick only 20min and I’m out compare to other places who take hr and more to do it definitely come here people are very professional here!!!
