Every time I come Tiffany is very awesome and polite she tells me exactly my options what I need! Reasonable prices, friendly service, and the nicest and cleanest waiting area I've ever seen in an automotive shop - a kids play area, some video games and free coffee. I will be doing more business with this location

Tiffany is amazing and very knowledgeable. She got us in and the team she works with was able to remove a stripped drain plug for us and saved our butts! She says “there’s no plug or filter that can get passed Cedric!”

My son paid for an oil change and they never changed the filter. It still had the dirt on it from being on there for three months. Called manager and she offered another oil change but we do not live close. It is just ridiculous to not change a filter but charge for it. Happened on 1/19/2025 I offered to text Photo for evidence but she did not want it. I will be marking my filters in the future With permanent Marker

Very helpful and very accommodating When it came to getting our oil changed by allowing us to ride our own oil filter oil and helping us with a stripped oil pan plug. There’s no plug that Cedric can’t handle

Amazing staff and amazing service! I’ve always trusted my car getting service done here and have never had a problem. My vehicle is nearly at 200,000 miles but runs amazing because the staff here lets you know everything about your vehicle and what to do for upkeep.

The team at Valvoline on Teasley has consistently provided exceptional service—always helpful, courteous, professional, and extremely fair. I own an older car with discontinued parts, which often makes repairs challenging, but Jordan and his team have never hesitated to take on the task. Most recently, DURING the HOLIDAYS, Jordan tackled what seemed like an impossible issue: a hydraulic fan problem that couldn’t be fixed with OEM parts. Knowing we only needed the car to last another year, Jordan went above and beyond, researching tirelessly to find an alternative solution. Thanks to his commitment and resourcefulness, he sourced a new fan and had the car back to us in under a week! I cannot express enough gratitude for Jordan’s dedication to his customers. I’ve been coming here since I first got my car—both the customer service and car service are amazing. I’ve had a lot of issues with my car and come here each time, and everything was resolved quickly, easily, and at a very fair price (both my opinion and that of my friend who knows much more about cars than I do). I feel comfortable with the staff here, and I love that everything is explained to me in terms I can understand. Based on my personal experiences here compared to other locations, as well as experiences my friends and family have had, I give this location an easy five stars.

WORSE PLACE! Woman that works there almost hit us while driving another vehicle back and yelled at us, for being in her way. Then she proceeded to say things were wrong with my car that were not.not appropriate! Very unprofessional and rude worst experience ever..

Dropped my truck off and said I wanted an oil change. Chose the "Good" option and left them my truck. When I came back 30 minutes later, they had it all done and ready for me. Nothing to crazy in extra fees or charges.

My wife's car suddenly died while she was in the turning lane for Ryan Road off of Teasley. Some guys from Valvoline came over to help her get the car to their shop. They gave her a rental car for the evening and called back the next day to say that the problem was due to a faulty terminal connection for a recently-installed battery. They didn't charge us a thing. That's what I call good customer service.

Took my car in for an oil change $50 dollars more expensive than an other oil change place and they lied and said they put air in my tires when they didn’t.
