I went today to get a tire patched. Charged $35 to patch a tire which seems a bit too much as most places charge $20-25. They were also very careless with my wheel and scratched it in multiple places. I would not recommend.

Came for a tire repair and these guys gave me a really good price, they were very nice and fast. It's nothing fancy but seems like a good tire shop.

This shop is scam I came here to fix the flat tire and he told me this tire didn't fix need a new tire I said ok and he put the wrong size of tire when I came back and asked the change the tire with right size he asking money for 1 more tire my suggestion for others don't go there.

While Used tire shops closer to downtown Austin quoted me new tire prices for used tires on my Kia soul Value Mart tires actually had used tire prices for used tires and were very fast and friendly and a 30 day guarantee for any problems.

Rogelio and Enrique gave awesome service. Enrique gave me a good price and great advice on my tires and new lug nuts. Very friendly guys and quick! I highly recommend. 🤘🏻

Excellent service and fair prices. I’ve been buying my tires here for years and I’m never disappointed. It’s a little hard to find due to freeway construction but we’ll worth it.

Great service! They diagnosed my tire problem (inside of wheel needed to be cleaned of rust and debris) and saved me having to buy a new tire. They completed the work in just a couple hours. Would recommend.

I love the fact that the owner was fast, reasonably priced, and he look out for safety concerns. As a Uber/UberEats driver, I had a screw in tire, before wasting time in patching it up he realized the tire was cracked and out of date. I am glad he recommended new tire versus patching something that might go out in the upcoming summer Texas heat.

The employee or owner of this tire shop who looks like Mexican thinks he has the right to insult people. Please learn about customer service before you interact with people. Treat people with respect. Please do something else because you don’t have any right to treat people the way you do it!!! PS. FYS

The service rep was rude and sarcastic. He would not give me a straight answer to even the most simple questions. I was referred to him from a friend who recently passed away and this guy said, "oh did he refer you from heaven?". Very unprofessional!

Not sure what has happened to this guy. I’ve been here probably 5 times over 10 years. He used to be very nice and helpful. Now he stands there with no business and gets ruder and less helpful each time. Won’t go again. Just read his replies to peoples reviews and that will show you how he feels about people trying to give him business.

This place has gone off the deep end. There is a reason it looks like a ghost town and abandoned building, customers have stopped coming here because the staff is rude and incompetent. They can't even do a simple tire patch, they only have plug kits you get at walmart for $5. Plenty of good tire shops around Austin, don't waste your time at this place.

Immediately helped find the leak in the back tire. Diagnosed why the previous patch had failed (they didn't do it right due to the brand of tire) and fixed it with a plug. $15 in about 15 minutes. He's the man!

Had a short visit when my girlfriend's rental car needed it's tires aired up. They did it for free and he finished up quickly. Very friendly gentleman. Will go back, in the future, if I ever need a flat repaired.

jesus had the best customer service i’ve ever had dealing with any car related issues. when i got there, he immediately came out to assist me and within about 20 minutes, he had completed the tire change and had me back out on the road! i will definitely be recommending anyone to visit him if you ever run into any tire issues. he will help you out and make sure you’re taken care of! thank you, jesus and value mart tire!
