When my car was wrecked on 70, Valley Ford Body took amazing care of me and my car. I can not recommend Joe (if he is still there) enough. His customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for sales and service!

I ran into something backing out of my driveway this morning, when I called gentleman that answered was very polite and told me to bring it in for estimate. It was an easy fix for them and they fixed it on the spot in less than ten minutes! They were very courteous and helpful and I will definitely recommend and use them for future repairs!

Making an appointment online was easy. Was able to schedule an oil change a few days out. They were honest upon arrival and said they were 2hrs behind. Me and my newborn waited and they had my car pulled up front ready at 2.5 hrs.

My body shop experience was awful Then try call to complain to talk to the manger. He or she must be guarded by the front desk they didn't know if they where in meeting or the office period . I having problems with my door not latching when you shut it .
