Daniel & Cameron were extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I came in and they ran diagnostics on my subi right then. They figured out the problem and were able to solve it same day. Could not recommend them enough. 🙌🏻

Everything is well-run and organized at this shop!! Props to Daniel for always going above and beyond to ensure auto care. Their expertise and equipment make them the best in the treasure valley! I paid to tow my car from Caldwell to Garden City just to make sure my car was taken care of correctly, and would do it again in a heartbeat. They are the best at making sure you get the best deals and great with referrals. I will always go to them no matter what it takes :)

These guys are easy to talk to, answer questions and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They do great work and get the job done the first time. However, if a part fails or something goes wrong they do their best to get you in asap to fix it.they have always given me a good price and I highly recommend them.

Great shop, great labor price, very quick turn around, highly recommended. Will be going back for any future repairs. Daniel installed most of a new front end on a 2006 Silverado in about a day, and very happy with the work.

I got right in. They did everything they possibly could to fix my issue as a very reasonable price. Very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else. 10 stars. They explained everything as they went through it and didn't try to over charge me on anything. I can't say enough about these guys.

I was in Boise for Christmas with a broken heater. Dan was able to get us in and fix my car 2 days before Christmas. He found the problem immediately and fixed it within a couple hours while every other repair shop wouldn't fix it or didn't know what was wrong. I strongly recommend this place. They are incredibly kind, knowledge, and efficient.

Most shops in the past have been very time consuming even for simple things like oil changes but at Valley Auto ER they had diagnosed my car ordered parts and fixed problem within an hour! Super happy that I didn't have to go through the headache like I do with other repair shops. They were friendly and professional, communicated well about what needed done, gave a reasonable price with no extra fees added on at the end, and the part they replaced came with a warranty!

This place was recommended by a very great company and i do not regret going to to this company for auto mechanical work. Very straightforward and professional company. They take the time to make sure you understand what you need and work is done within a timely manner. If there is any problems they will let you know. The communication is outstanding. I will be going back to this company for future needs.
