The employees are very lazy. The drink station is disgustingly filthy and sticky. No windshield cleaner by the pumps. If not for the 10¢ discount card i wouldnt even go there.

Always seems like the employees don’t wanna be there. 3rd time at this location that I had to pay double in gas because the employees don’t listen to you. How does “$20 on pump 12” sound like “$20 on pump” even at that, they have signage saying “pump 4 is closed” and then I get the short end of the stick by having to wait up 7 days for a refund because of the mistake they made!!! So long story short I gotta wait 7 days for a refund even though I didn’t do anything wrong. Great job Valero

Store just accused me of Third Party Purchase and manager Anna was absolutely useless in the false claims. The store clerk was an elderly women with glasses and was accusing me of knowing a customer turned away before me.

They usually are a good place to pick up a disposable vape when you forget to order the juice you need to survive your upcoming work shift. Typically, they also have the Ghost Sour Watermelon Energy Drink I need in the morning, which somehow is always sold out at most other places. The staff are also always friendly with me. Plus, the restrooms have been tidy when I have needed to use them.

This store was bathroom dirty. One toilet stall had pee all over the toilet seat. The handicap stall has blood on the wall. All 3 stalls had no toilet paper. When I let an employee aware of the restroom. She wiped down the toilet with toilet paper no cleaning supplies. Disgusting!

E85 pumps are always slow. One leaks on pump 1. All pump extremely slow. Maybe half a gallon every minute. Issue has been filed and never fixed.

Just Went to this location for a black & mild. There was a line behind me the older cashier asked which one, I could not see them and did not want to hold up the line more so I just said “anyone is fine you can choose”. Immediately was met with a scolding look and an eye roll. She always has an attitude no matter what. Will be the last time I will go to this location.

Perhaps the most disgusting toilet area I have ever encountered. There was literally dry poo on the floor. The urinals had pee splatter all around and the soles of my shoes made a Velcro sound while walking through the room. I then stood in a long line watching one employee methodically selling a full book of lotto numbers to Biden’s less coherent older brother. While two other employees milled around slowly stocking shelves….nary a thought of approaching the restroom area

Prices advertised don't show same when rung up. Sign says 5.30 a pack when you buy 2 or more... I bought 10. Ended up costing 5.98 a pack that I paid + tax. A lil FALSE ADVERTISING goin on....
