Efficient, inexpensive and friendly service! Had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged for a trip so Valentino’s was able to get it looked at and fixed in under 20 minutes and for nothing at all! Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough words to express how awesome the service is here. A screw punctured my tire two days before Thanksgiving and I was desperate to get the hole plugged because I was heading out of town. Not only did they get me in for service immediately, but the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes AND THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!! Like, absolutely refused payment. (Now, please don’t go here expecting free service, but obviously the owner/manager has a big heart.) This is all after calling several other shops to plead my case, and no one would or could fit me in the same day. I should also mention that this was an hour before closing and they were working on other cars, so they could’ve turned me away like the others. But they didn’t, and they saved Thanksgiving for me. They were very courteous and honest, and, as a woman, that’s hella important to me. Two weeks later my tire is still perfectly plugged and full of air. Highly recommend these folks for all of your auto service needs! I know I’ll be back!

They took excellent care of my car. I went in for an oil change and to get a new tire, they recommended two tires (which makes sense, usually you're either changing out two, or the whole set) and gave me a couple options depending on my price range. When they got started, they called me right away to let me know they also found an issue with my brakes. I was already aware something seemed off with my brakes, but someone convinced me it was the ABS so I'd put off checking it out. I'm so glad they were able to take care of the issue before myself or anyone else got injured. Not having good brakes is SO so dangerous! Excellent work and excellent communication, they gave fair prices for everything they did, and I'll be happy to use their services again in the future!

Exceeded my expectations! My vehicle had a rattling noise at low idle that was progressively worsening. At the advice of my relatives I made an appointment with Valentino’s. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30am and received a text with a link to the (very reasonable) estimate by 10:30am. After approving the estimate at the link they provided, by 11:30am I received a voicemail advising my vehicle was ready for pickup. Wow! Honest, reasonably priced & trustworthy are the three descriptors I’d choose for Valentino’s!

if I could give zero stars I would. THEY CHARGED ME $300 for a battery! I will add a copy of my receipt. UPDATE: there was something wrong with the vehicle that was draining the battery consistently & was eventually fixed by a proper mechanic.

I have been a faithful customer of Valentino's for over 20 years. They are THE BEST! They are honest, reliable and have incredible customer service and staff. Employees stay, relationships are built, and therefore you can feel very comfortable in trusting then. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All hail the saviors of stranded motorists. I picked up a nail or something the night before. I attempted a plug which did not work. Took my woman to breakfast and came out to a flat. Limped it over to this shop and they put in a real plug and fixed the problem. Saved our backsides big time. Thanks guys. PS: Your shop sticker looks great on the back window of the car.

This is the place to go in Columbus. I had a flat on my way to work and the team worked me in immediately and got it done so I could make my shift. They also did not charge me which is literally beyond nice. The owner was kind and the staff friendly. I was recommended Valentinos by a friend and was floored at their service. Do not think twice..especially as it can be intimidating to be a female walking into an auto shop but these guys will take care of you!!!

The guys at Valentino’s are top notch! They’re quick to get you seen, very helpful and don’t nickel and dime. I went in for a flat and they fixed me up in minutes. They hire high school students as well who have the opportunity to learn and gain experience. It feels like a neighborhood auto shop I haven’t experienced since I lived in a small town.

These guys are great. A few months ago, they patched my punctured tire on a moment’s notice for cheap and got me to work on time. I brought my car back for service this week, and they did an inspection and only replaced the things that needed replaced. Their prices are great; their communication is clear; and they’re friendly and local. Highly recommend.
