Very slow workers took them 40min just to do an oil change that will only take 20 min. Also they broke the cap that I pour my motor oil into and charged me $20 for service that they claim to be $15.

Horrendous customer service. I called to get a quote and the owner couldn't wait for me to finish explaining what the issue was, saying he "had too much work" and didn't want to take on any more. EDIT: Had to come back on here. I just noticed that he gave himself a 5-star rating for "fast service and good warranty" to boost his score
