Car was taken 5 months ago for transmission repair under warranty and has not been worked on. No transportation to check on the car and every time we text or call Juan he has one excuse after another.

Juan will definitely find a solution. His time management is a little off but it's worth him taking a look at your vehicle. Example! I wasted over $500 for a simple $20 fix that Juan recognized as soon as my truck was unloaded to his shop by AAA. No more yard mechanics for me.

DONT GO TOO!!HorribLe place got car fixed there several times and every time that park he fixed broke just changed out a crankshaft seal and it's already leaking only been a day.. Would not waste my money on such dishonest shady mechanic DO NOT GO!!

This is being sent to "Juanito", the Proprietor And Mechanic, of Valdez Complete Auto Repair, located @ 923 Clark Ave., On the EAST SIDE. In NOVEMBER-2016, I took my 2004 Jeep Liberty to Your Auto Repair Shop, to have (1.) Radiator REPLACED/ Still Under Warranty (2.) 2 Cylinder Heads REPLACED. (3.) 2 Head Gaskets REPLACED. You QUOTED me the Repair Charges, Including Labor, to be $700.00 On that Day, You ACCEPTED $400.00 Down Payment, and Told Me, My Jeep Would Be FIXED & READY, in 1 to 2 Weeks. I informed you, that I would give you, the "Remaining" Balance Of $300.00, at the End of JANUARY-2017, and you were in TOTAL AGREEMENT, with this. Well it's Now MAY-16-2017, and "STILL" My 2004 JEEP LIBERTY, Sits in your Auto Repair Shop, "UNFIXED"❗ As of Last Monday, it Has Been "6" MONTHS That My Jeep, has sat in the VERY Back of Your Garage "UNTOUCHED"❗ Last Saturday, Was the 1st Time, to see it OUTSIDE, in the FRONT, with your DAILY ASSURANCE, that "Chuey", One of your Mechanics, Would have it FIXED & READY, By the End of the Day. Well, that Saturday Came & Went, & "Still" My Jeep Remained, "UNREPAIRED"❗ In these "6" Months, you have given me, One EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER❗❗❗ ✔In DECEMBER, your Excuse for NOT Repairing My Jeep, was that your "Mechanics", went Home for CHRISTMAS, To MEXICO, to be with their Families. ✔In JANUARY, your Excuse was, that Your Main Mechanics, were Still in MEXICO. ✔In FEBURARY, your Excuse was, that it Was "TOO COLD", for your Mechanics to Work, on My Jeep. ✔In MARCH, your Excuse was, that it Was "RAINING" Too Much, for your Mechanics to Work on My Jeep. ✔In APRIL, your Excuse was, that you LOST, some of your Mechanics, so NO One was Available, to Work on My Jeep. ✔In MAY, According to You, My Jeep WOULD BE FIXED, By "Chuey", One of The Mechanics. "3" Months BEFORE, I Told you to PLEASE, JUST REPLACE THE RADIATOR, THATS "UNDER WARRANTY" & to FORGET the Cylinders & Head Gaskets. And, you Couldn't EVEN, DO THAT❗ ✔In MAY-15-2017, My 2004 Jeep Liberty, Remains, "UNREPAIRED. On MAY-15-2017, You FINALLY Answered My Texts, on WHY, WAS MY JEEP "Still", NOT REPAIRED❓❓❓❓❓ ✔You told me, it WASN'T getting FIXED, Because, you WERE IN MEXICO, On a "Family Emergency".
