Really fantastic service. I am new to the area, so when I had an issue with my axel on my car, I was worried I would not be able to find a fair price for a repair. Uzi not only gave me superb customer service and helped me get to work the same day, they diagnosed it for free, they also did not push for me to get it repaired there. It was the second time my axel had been fixed, and they said I should take it back for to the previous mechanic. They weren’t gonna charge me a dime for drive to work or the diagnosis. They wanted me to find the best way to get the lost value at the least cost to me. I ended up getting it repaired with them instead of transporting it back to the previous mechanic (well over an hour away). They made the process not only friendly and fair, they made me grateful I found them. Would recommend to anyone to take their cars here.

The dealership said I needed a brake flush. I took it to uzis and they said it was not required and cleared the BMW request. What cool dudes! They are honest and nice. I would go back anytime. I used to go elsewhere and now I’ve found my new place!

Uzi’s was so great!! Professional, great communication, and such competitive prices!! They were able to fix the AC on my Audi for less than the dealership quoted to just take a look! The plan was explained thoroughly to me at drop off, to my 17 year old daughter at pick up, and documented in a paper summary as well. I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much!

I brought my C300 in for its service B. They changed the oil and did all the other points. Inspections told me about a few issues that would be coming up. Let me know what needed to be done, and when I would know it had to be done. Great crew, I highly recommend.

We have used Uzi’s Autohaus for years for my family’s Jaguar’s and other vehicles. They are always very precise and detailed with any estimates. The repair timeline has always been accurate. The staff is small but is wonderful about knowing the clients and what is important. Out of a few dozen or more visits, there was one that was upsetting, however it was handled with grace and we remain loyal clients. Especially with imports and more difficult to work on vehicles and source parts, Uzi’s does an incredible job and deserves their decades of happy customers who will immediately recommend them.

Love these guys. Fixing cars is a tricky business. Every make and model can show up. I’ve used them for years. Not everything is perfect every time - stuff happens when you have humans doing human stuff - but they make good on every issue. Don’t get me wrong; usually everything is fine and correct. BUT when things don’t happen perfectly, there is never an argument. They listen, apologize if it’s a mistake, and they make good on it. It’s such a relief to have this trust and confidence in your mechanics. My first choice, every time.

Well I went here after several recommendations and none of them came to truth. I came with 2 requests for our Audi - one was done and more expensive than the Sewell Dealership that I was shocked at the price quoted. Uzi’s gave me the wrong estimate otherwise I would not have used them (they are not upfront with their mistakes and expect you to just “pay up”). My wife called and checked to see if her car was ready and Uzi’s said it was but they only did one of the two things we asked. The one most urgent (an oil leak) they completely ignored but waited till we came to pick the car up to let us know the “technician forgot”. We then had to bring the car back to these liars and they had it for another 4 days before we could pick it up and again the work done was not complete. We had to bring it back a third time then they took a 10 mile joy ride in our car (obviously didn’t know I could see in Audi Motion) before they called 10 minutes before they closed to let me know it was ready. All I can say is AVOID this place if you value your money. They could not even process the charge for their services correctly so don’t expect anything to be done correctly. They need a WAKE UP CALL and Angie’s list they are NOT. I love how they clearly don’t care what customers say as no response from them

This came out well. I brought my 25 year old car in to have the check engine light problem fixed. Done. While you are at it , make the A/C work. Needed the expansion valve replace. And a little art work needed to get the temperature regulator flap from stuck in heating mode to repositioned to full cold. It’s Houston, when do you need much heat. Can now squeeze another year from this vehicle.

Always great and friendly service. Would appreciate a call before work is performed to know scope of repairs and cost just so I know what is coming when time to pay. Also, they don’t push to do work that is NOT yet needed. That is a rare gem in the auto repair biz!!! Again, never a bad experience with the team at Uzis
