Booked an appointment at U-Wench...Had to going in to replace my catalytic converter...I rented a bay to do it myself...did run in to some trouble with the old stud...it snapped off due to rust...thanks for Brandon, Fred his staffs for the assistance...got the car back to running....Stephen was very helpful too...Guys, thanks for all your helps!! Keep up the good work!!

This is the second time I've been to UWrench and loving my experience here. They have really nice tools, equipment and good people with a lot of experience working on cars. Everyone here is really nice and willing to help out if you need it. One thing I like about this place especially is you don't have to be an expert mechanic to work on your cars here because they have some really skilled mechanics that can provide guidance for people of all skills. I've always feel comfortable asking them questions as they are all super friendly. The cost is also quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend to people looking to work on their cars here. Also, they have quite an entertaining YouTube channel as well.

As an apartment dweller with very limited access to a garage, having something like this in the area is invaluable. I come here to do my own oil changes and inspect my vehicle while in the process, and other little odds and ends that come up.

Customer service attitude could use improvement. Brandon had a very poor attitude the whole time I was there. Very dismissive. Not going back. Friend in Oro Valley said he would let me use the lift for free.

I just had the 60,000 mile maintenance on my 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R. U-Wrench is the place to go. Extremely knowledgeable staff that are in the business because they love working on vehicles. I saved a bunch vs a Subaru dealership. If I had a car of ANY MAKE, I would take it to U-Wrench to get it serviced. Check it out - talk to the workers - you will be pleasantly surprised. On a Sunday I was changing the front struts on my truck when I needed the springs swapped from my original struts to the new ones. I called and they were able to help me last minute and very quickly. They were positive and professional individuals and swapped the springs in less than 20 minutes. Will go again with any vehicle issues I have.

What a wonderful place! I rented a lift bay to attempt a Rear Main Seal replacement on my old Jeep Cherokee. The shop is well maintained and organized, and the staff were incredibly helpful giving me advice and guiding me through steps in the job by that I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. There is a fun, positive energy in the shop! Thank you for all of your help and knowledge!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at U-Wrench, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. I brought my car in for issues with the fuel injection system and needed the fuel pump and filter replaced. The team also fixed a broken motor control for the right-side passenger window and diagnosed a persistent clicking sound in the rear of the cab, which turned out to be a failed relay for the rear door mechanism. Throughout the entire process, the staff maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed of the issues they discovered and providing clear explanations before proceeding with any repairs. I authorized all the work, and I must say, the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They handled each issue with professionalism and expertise, ensuring that my vehicle was in top shape before returning it to me. I highly recommend U-Wrench for anyone in need of reliable and professional auto repair services. These guys went above and beyond. I'm on a road trip from out of state and had an oil leak. These guys squeezed me in and had it repaired same day. I also needed help installing a solar panel. And these guys were willing to take on that challenge. They DIY'd a solid mount. And I'm very grateful that they were willing to help with that too. Highly recommend them and if I'm ever in the area, these guys are my go-to mechanic.

Took my truck in for brakes and rubbing sound while driving. Brakes definitely needed to be done and found the fuel tank strap had snapped and rubbed a groove into the drive shaft. Picked my truck up after they completed the work, drove to the nearest gas station to fuel, and the gas immediately hits the ground. Turn around and immediately take my truck back. The hose between the nozzle and tank had snapped. Hmmmmm shouldn't that have been checked when repairing a strap that snapped and left the fuel tank hanging partially? Guess not but ok. They ordered the part and we agreed I'd come in first thing next morning to fix it. I came in and had be back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I'm still happy with them and their service at this point. Until I checked the receipt today and find that I was charged for 2 hours of labor when I wasn't even there for an hour. I get they have a book that tells them how long it should take and how much to charge BUT REALLY!!! 2 HOURS!! Won't be going back.

Brandon and the guys are totally awesome!! Had a small issue from a previous suspension install. Squeezed me in on a lift on a Sunday!! Explained to them I was in a bind. Brandon knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it promptly. Can’t recommend these guys enough, very honest and transparent. Completely know their stuff. I would not hesitate to get any services done with them !!

Had a bad experience at a chain Mechanic Shop. After leaving my vehicle overnight in a parking lot, called Fred and had my vehicle towed to their shop. It was Sunday and being here from out of town, it was awesome that Tony was able to remove and replace the damaged sensor that was installed at the other place. Thank you again gentlemen

My radiator broke on my ‘94 F-350 on a Sunday morning as i was trying to drive from Tucson to Colorado. After calling a few mechanics/garages with no luck, i got a hold of Steve at U-Wrench. He said they would look at it and if it was fixable, they would work on it. Well, they were good to their word. Frank met us upon arriving at the shop and spent the whole day putting in a new radiator, new temp gauge and fresh coolant. He was thorough and kept us in the loop of what the issue was, how he planned on fixing it and any small issues that arose during the day. Meanwhile, as we spent the day in their waiting area we met all the friendly people that work here. It was clear that all the mechanics enjoyed their workplace and it showed in how they interacted with every customer that walked in and the consistent stream of incoming phone calls. It was impressive to see the exemplary customer service and good to see that old school friendliness is still alive and well. Frank, thanks again for taking care of us on a Sunday and getting us back in the road to Colorado. The truck is running better than ever.

Was towing trailer with F350 from PHX to Texas when blew out a spark plug driving thru Tucson..U Wrench gave me towing contacts getting the truck to their shop in 45 min...Brandon inspected plug hole n saw threads so recommended ordering new plug n see if it holds..upon plug arrival Brandon installed plug
