I hate to let a bad apple spoil the bunch but the frequency of disrespect is insane. As a black woman who has lived in Charlotte over 20 years and have used this company as a go to for my family, for visitors traveling and business networks. I called to confirm that they were open a day after we experience inclement weather, because when I get there, all the garages are closed and there’s not a single car outside. I called, ask; “hey are you all open?” Simple question. Response from Hispanic male: you can just open the door, use common sense.” Excuse me??? Just the day before a friend of mine had flat tire, her car had been parked for days since she had been traveling. Got her car towed to this location since her tire had gone flat, recommended by me. Receipts don’t lie. I just got new tires last year same location. The next four years and forever, I will be extra wiser about where I spend money and do business. The disrespect to everyday people who PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES should not be disrespected so freely and for no reason at all. Already found a wonderful black owned tire shop to support! ✊🏾

I've been coming to this shop since 2021. Excellent fast service from all employees except one. The best prices in town and they are very transparent with their customers. There is one gripe, Today I had the misfortune of having the black guy with glasses and a gap who I think may be bipolar because he is nice some days, he was just overall unpleasant and condescending today while he was doing my plug. I heard him mumbling profanities to himself and just overall a bad vibe. What set him off was that I was unaware that the last people who rotated my tires messed up one of my wheel studs. To him, he must have thought I intentionally brought it there like that to inconvenience him. If you're having a bad day, stay at home if you're going to take it out on customers. Everyone else is cool and professional.

This place is awesome…I had a blowout at 6:59pm (Labor Day) took tow truck 10 minutes till closing time(8:50p)to come get my car and drop it off to them at (9:08p) for repair…They called me and told me that they would stay till after close to have me taken care of …(We need more customer service like this in the world) Great Great Great place …If you’re in need of tire service and great customer service …look no further this place is excellent!!!

Service was fast everyone was very nice. They even came out and showed me the tire they would be placing on the car (which I’ve never had done for me) prices are very reasonable definitely recommend.

Best price in town. Had my brand new tires mounted and balanced for under $100 and was in and out in less than a half an hour actually it was about 15 minutes. They were really pleasant and professional.

Got a used tires, went flat next day & not just that they are racist I was called a Black B••CH after I asked for my money back and a lot of their customers are black. Will never deal with this place again 0 stars 👎🏽… and just responded to my review with complete lies… address the racism and how it all started with the “manager” not wanting to get his boss after I asked could I speak with him he literally told me no so my 5 months pregnant self went in there myself and he told me I wasn’t getting any money back off rip before I said anything remember you was sitting there with your arms crossed mad as hell. God hate a liar

AND TO YOU OWNER with your unprofessional response, NO ACTUALLY GOOGLE GIVES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ME TO REVIEW MORE PLACES IVE BEEN THAT I forgot to review and I WILL AND DO REVIEW HONESTLY SO MAKE UP WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT I HAVE legal proof still that your company destroyed my rim locks and caused damage to my vehicle and I WILL REVIEW you on my blog also if you keep talking! I don’t need to post fake reviews I have traveled to every state in the US and also own a Trucking company so IDK what to tell you about your feelings being hurt that you can’t do better but you have plenty of other BAD reviews on all of your locations. Do better and maybe people wouldn’t post bad reviews! 😂 You are petty and mad. Goodbye! Awful, I went there a long time ago and I have never been back! They are unprofessional and will break your studs and strip your lug nuts. Also they sell bad tires.

Came here because of the price and definitely didn’t doubt their work because they have been here for years and I’ve came back in my teenage times but their attitudes are ridiculous. Never known so many men to be rude. And crazy part is it was the black guy. I told him I can’t read hands and understand no talking, so finally he opened his mouth. I really don’t appreciate his attitude but a few of the other guys were nice and helpful..thank y’all

Got some great used tires for 1/5 of what I would have paid for at the dealership. Lots of tread. They were super efficient and easy to work with. No hassle - just there to get you some tires and quickly get back in the road. No appointment needed for quick service.

If they could get ZERO starts I would do so. I went there yesterday to get a new tire before I got on the road to New York. I got my tire changed about 8 hours prior to getting in the road to NY from CLT and two hours into the ride the tire COMPLETELY tears and I almost crashed my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I called and they suggested for me to come back to exchange the tire when I am 5 hours away and why would they even think I would want another tire from their establishment ? SAVE YOURSELF

I’ve been doing business here for over 10 years. Best quality used/ new tires in the whole metro area of Charlotte bar none. Most of their used tires are literally like brand new for a fraction of the price. Mike and Laurie (the owners) are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Laurie’s sister Lorie (office manager) helps manage Lawyers road location and keeps track of their abundance of inventory. Pork Chop helps run all the 3 locations and does a great job. Their son Cameron can change and balance tires in a flash as quick as the NASCAR pit crew guys. Lol! Thanks to the whole team at Used Tires Express for servicing the QC area with the best tires for over 30 years now!

Pork chop and Cameron do great work. Reasonable prices and expedited services. Hell service is so good, I left a water bottle to go to my car and it was cleaned up and recycled by the time I got back.

Quick service and good price! Had to get a re balance 5th time on set of tires I got at the end of april it's now August and my tire is still not right... guess I'll have to find another used ture place.... you truly get what you pay for
